This is a nice place to stay and they take good care of their guests. Everytime we go, they give us everything we need for a wonderful campfire and even veggies and eggs from their garden. It is quiet at night and lovely with animal sounds during the day. Not to mention that their are dozens of towns, hikes, and other activities within 30-minutes' drive

Sandi and John were fantastic hosts from our arrival and throughout our stay. The RV and entire campsite were very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The animals were a plus, the kids and wife enjoyed them immensely. What a great, relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Tons of wildlife everywhere. We stayed up late by the fire and the wildlife was active all around us. Highly recommend visiting this place. And it's only 10 minutes from Blairstown. Blairstown Diner is where they filmed the beginning of Friday the 13th original. You're also surrounded by Delaware Valley Parks. 77,000 acres of water, hiking, fishing and some beautiful waterfalls. 👍👍👍

The camper could be updated it was an old and outdated, although we had running water and electricity and even an air conditioner other stuff could be improved... I was very disappointed, I enjoyed my self because the owners were very nice to us but my experience wasn't what I excepted.

We had such a good night! From the warm hosts to the great fire pit and outdoor movie - it felt like a full getaway and couldn’t have been easier. RV was comfy and clean and animals were adorable.
We especially loved the DVD collection for movie night and fresh turkey eggs!

12/10 would stay again. TLDR; This is perfect glamping for all ages, couples, single people, experienced campers or those just dipping a toe in.
For those who like detailed reviews;
-The site: clean, well maintained, knowledgeable hosts who actively work to preserve native plants and animals when possible, has anything you could want and more! Sheep, horse, chicken &turkeys [buy the eggs, they are delicious are adorable, easy to drive up driveway with designated parking.
-The RV: clean, comfortable, and remarkably well kept for the age of the thing. Hot water, shower/bathroom inside, ac for summer, heat for winter, blankets, games, silverware, a shower, 3 beds, storage, a working radio, fridge/freezer, microwave and stove. Everything just works as it should.
-The scene: No less than a dozen deer came out between two days while we were using the campfire [which the hosts chopped up for us], and tons of cool birds [woodpeckers everywhere]. Coyote yips at night in the distance, and art worthy stars.
-The hosts: Wildly funny and kind beyond the expected measures. They went above and beyond, and made my partner and I feel like we were friends or people they knew- not temporary campers.
Book it- get eggs and firewood- and enjoy yourself.

This was my family’s first time camping and felt intimidated by the idea of using a tent so we decided to book Sandi’s land which came with lodging (their RV). It was such a pleasant stay and we left feeling good about camping as a family. Sandi and John immediately met us upon checking in and explained everything about the RV and the surround area. They were so helpful when we were struggling with the fire pit and answered all our questions. Their horse, sheep, and dogs were an added bonus and so friendly!! The movie outdoors was a cool experience as well. Truly can’t recommend this place enough, it is awesome! Thank you Sandi, John, and Ava ☺️

I just went on a 10 day road trip, sleeping at a new Hipcamp site every night, and this one trumps them all. This space is beautiful and immaculately maintained with so. many. amenities. Host was so hospitable and made us feel safe and welcome. Host truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We especially loved the friendly horse and sheep. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing with us!

We had a great time and very relaxing as well. Sandi prepared a delicious lunch for us with help from her granddaughter Ava who made us great rice crispy snacks! If you’re an animal lover you will enjoy Smokey the horse the sheep the cats and the 4 dogs all friendly as was everyone we met. Hats off to John,he really went out of his way for us as did Sandi! Highly recommended and can’t wait to return

This was the perfect place to stay for my dog and I. It was comfortable, quiet, private, safe, and has the most amazing hosts who absolutely go above and beyond. I felt at ease and the location was so peaceful. The animals were a lot of fun too, and it was nice being in such a dog friendly place. Information and communication prior to my stay was very thorough. I imagine the area has fun places to explore but my dog and i just hung around and relaxed. Will absolutely return and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The owners were lovely and welcoming but also allowed for our privacy. The camper was comfy and the fire pit and outdoor area were awesome. The horse, pig, and cat were a bonus. Would stay here again! Thank you!

The camper was comfortable and water tight. The air conditioning kept it nice and cool, and it was well appointed with a stove, microwave, and decent-sized fridge. I think what really made it great was John and his attention to detail. He was concerned that the wood was too water logged to light a fire, so we returned from our exhausting hike on the Appalachian trail to a roaring fire, over which we promptly cooked up steaks and drank copious amounts of beer and wine. It was just a delightful place to stay, and next time we're coming back with the kids.

My son and I had an absolute blast camping here! The property is gorgeous and the camper was very clean and cozy. They had everything we needed and more! This is definitely one of the best sites I’ve been to. We will be back!!

We loved our stay! Sandi was so welcoming, and their spot was incredibly peaceful. The location is perfect for short day trips to hiking, lakes, etc. We loved the firepit..it had a grill and had a nice clearing for star gazing! Trailer was comfy, had everything we could have needed and more

Sandi & John did everything possible to make this a fun experience. Their care of animals & nature is evident, in how they present & maintain their site. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm animals as well as getting to know their dogs (but that was optional). S & J respect their guests and give you as much privacy as needed. John made the fire in the firepit for us, and we toasted marshmallows & made s’mores. The RV was clean and they made every attempt to help us feel comfortable. We will return here & recommend this to others.

I loved the whole experience they provide the heated camper the double ring fire pit just so much to love in this little slice of heaven Sandi and John are amazing and gracious hosts will definitely be back

This got the job done for a night on a road trip. However, for what we payed ($20 for sheets for two on top of $80), we got a fitted sheet and one thin blanket to cover us (no top sheet). We had the windows open because it smelled like mothballs and were shivering under the flimsy blanket all night. We were eager to hit the road in the morning. More clear directions of where to park/where the camper is would have been helpful as we arrived at night and there were many cars in the driveway and the camper was kind of hidden in the back and there was another in the driveway. On the plus side, we woke up to a deer eating in the woods and their horse was very sweet.

Amazing hosts, very kind, communicatice, caring, and nice. This is my second stay in as many months and this time I brought both of my sons, not just my older. Both had a blast and will have memories for a lifetime. I love the nature and forest environment.

There was a infestation of bugs in the camper and an overwhelming smell of mothballs which made staying in the camper truly unbearable. I asked my daughter which bunk she wanted and her response was, "whichever has less ants." The dishes in the cupboard were greasy. There were piles of debris and old toys around the camper. The main property is very nice and well kept. It is unfortunate that this care has not been extended to the camper. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked. Hipcamp gave us a $50 credit. All in all, a complete fail.

Sandi and John's camping experience is top notch! they took great care to assure that we had everything we needed from all the condiments we could want, to movies under the stars projected onto their barn, to preparing our fire and lighting the tiki torches along the path. we ran out of bug spray and John lent us his. the inside of the camper was clean and neat and comfortable. the beds were made for us and John kindly asked us if we would prefer an interactive visit with him and Sandi or would we prefer solitude and quiet, we opted for the latter and we got it! crystal clear night sky perfect for stargazing. peaceful stillness encouraged the mental break i was seeking. we went kayaking and swimming at lake swartzwood, which is massive! his horse smokey was so playful! and his dogs are very well behaved and friendly, especially roscoe! i felt very safe and welcome there and as a woman i have no reservations about returning alone in the future.

They were hospitality pros and provided us with a great camping experience, and had several recommendations for nearby places to explore.

This was our 3rd stay at Sandi's Land and we had an awesome time yet again! My son and I love our visits! They really work hard to add all sorts of cool bonuses along your stay! There are endless lawn games available and even more as the summer months arrive! The fire pit is really a slice of heaven. Surrounded by woods, a few path options lead from the camper to the fire pit. Tons of outdoor cooking tools available too! NJ was under a fire risk during our stay and they know we love to cook outdoors so they got us an awesome mini charcoal grill! It was perfect for two! You can add on so many cool extras like fresh eggs, meals, outdoor movies with popcorn and so much more. The hosts go out of the way to be available but leave you be to enjoy a little slice of heaven. If you want to interact and enjoy a great conversations, stories about the area, suggestions for hiking, restaurants, antique stores and ice cream - just ask. We really enjoy the times we just get to sit and visit and get to know each other! John and Sandi are wonderful people and they will always go above and beyond to accommodate any request they can! 10 Star Stay yet again! We keep coming back because they offer a slice of heaven at a reasonable cost and you get the camping feel with the glamping vibe. If you want the full camping feel, get the tent add on and they take all the work away and will have it setup along with an air mattress and sleeping bags. The camper has everything you could need and more!

Sandi and John were very welcoming and kind. We loved the horse and pig and big dog family on the property! The fire pit was beautiful and the recommendations that Sandi and John have us for nearby food and antique shopping were spot on! We were there for mother's day weekend. Sandi brought out fresh cut wild flowers in a vase and she put a mother's day flag up right outside of the RV. Our mom loved it!
