If you’re looking for a getaway in close proximity to Perth, River Run at Settlers Crossing’s may be the one that will meet most of your expectations. Their are 7 areas to chose from area 1 the front field , FIRES 🔥 NOT ALLOWED If you are in a large caravan I would suggest area 1 Plenty of room . I Area 1 is very good for large caravans or large trailer groups as it’s only 50 meters from the KEP track . Area 2-3-4-5–7 the back Paddock 7.5 acres as shown in the picture Area the track to the back paddock can get a bit boggy this time of year so a 4X4 would be advised . (We have widened the exit from the back paddock so please take the corner wide to line up on the drive over .) Only 50 minutes driving distance from Perth CBD, this site provides you a peaceful sanctuary to escape from the Hustle and bustle of city life. Covering 15 acres of Perth hill area, whether you’re in a tent, caravan or RTT, the ground has spacious, campsites that offer just the right mix of privacy offset from the homestead. And the stars here on a clear night’s are just breathtaking. The clear hills air make observation Cristal clear . When the stream is flowing in winter it will add another level . What really sets this place apart is its location—the Kep track, a 75-kilometre multi-use track that follows the historic rail formation between Mundaring and Northam, is literally at the front door , convenient for all you lovers of hiking and biking.Many untouched aces right by the tree line the back field has isolation with plenty of wild birds and in rainy season the full flowing river .

River Run at Fettlers crossing is an awesome place to camp for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of life. The camps are spacious and well spread out. There is plenty of bird life and the place has a relaxed atmosphere. Mark the host is a treasure and I appreciate all the assistance he has given me whilst on my stay. Well worth a visit 😊

Very spacious, very quiet. We went to perform our first caravan shakedown. With the super late checkout option, it was a stress free environment to try everything out.

Great camp site, we booked very last minute and we got contact from Mark very swiftly. Beautiful camp site, other campers nearby but everyone seemed friendly. We were in a 4x4 with a roof tent, highly recommend 4x4 if you’re allocated a spot out the back.

Spent a relaxing a night. Great paddock site, with everyone spaced out. Dog loved being able to run. Mark was easy to deal with.

Mark was great with communication and was lovely to my partner and I. There were a couple of mishaps completely out of Mark’s control and he was nothing but helpful. We will be back again in future for sure 😊

Lots of space in the rear paddock. Owner limits the number of units in there so you will never be too close. Perfect if you have a dog with you.

vary friendly host, and helpful. The site was green and beautiful with a camp fire place which we were able to use. We were far enough from other campers to enjoy nature. Our dogs loved it... lots of free space for them to run around and play. beautiful place.

The creek crossing was a lot deeper than we were expecting with large loose rocks in creek entry very muddy and boggy could be fixed improved to help visitors get through. low hanging tree from campsite 1 to water crossing as campers cars had parked to far out could not go around tree. Once through nice open paddock to set up.

Lovely open space suited to tents, vans and campers. We parked in the front gated paddock which was easy to access and had a fire pit. The river was running which was lovely. We unfortunately only stayed one night due to bad weather but would love to go for a bike ride on the track next time. Lovely host!

We had a great few nights on pitch 1. Mark was a great host, showed me around the property, had a supply of wood for the fire at night and even kindly gave us fresh eggs for breakfast. A great spot not far from Perth and situated on the KEP track for easy cycling or walking.

Booked the front paddock as the back paddock required 4x4. We arrive at the site only to find everyone is camping in the front paddock as none of them were brave enough to get to the back paddock with their 4wds. Had to find somewhere else to camp. The host should be on to that kind of thing. Worst experience on hipcamp yet.

Spent a couple of very peaceful, relaxing days at Mark's property. A little gem so close to Perth. Great we could take our dog and have a fire, as it was pretty cold. We've got a big set up, so were on the 1st site.

River run at fettlers crossing might be our new favourite spot! Mark was super communicative and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We look forward to being able to take the van into the back paddock with our friends when the river crossing is concreted 🥰
