Stayed at Kelsies. Simple little gem near Perth. Lots of space. Private. Kids can roam around.

Lovely fairly flat area. Love watching the sun come up over the hills.
Geoffrey is a world of knowledge on all the old tractors in use. Was so good listening to him.
Instructions on how and where to go were great to follow.

Lovely quiet spot, great place to relax. About 20 minutes from Toodjay, well worth a visit and the local bakery is an absolute must.
Nice to have the cows come wandering past every morning to say hello!

Kelsie's was a beautiful spot! Easy entry for our 15ft hybrid, flat for setup and in a basin surrounded by trees with fencing. Geoffrey came to welcome us and then left us to our off grid stay. Beautiful property and invited to take a stroll with a dogs around should we wish to. We intended to venture into Toodjay but enjoyed the tranquility far too much and just stayed on the property for 5days (including extending an extra night! Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area

Fabulous camp, easy to get to and fenced in for the four legged family members to feel safe exploring. Quiet and secluded - a few mozzies but nothing a bit of bushman’s won’t put a stop to!

We would absolutely recommend this farm stay for anyone looking for a peaceful trip camping next to cows! Beautiful scenery, clean camp spot and very welcoming hosts. Would stay again! And our dog loved this place and did not want to leave :)

We took our caravan to this spot and were very comfortable. Took some time to get the caravan level as there is a slope but really worth it , Beautiful peaceful location by a big tree so nice and sheltered and a fire pit . The owner was very friendly and welcoming

Kelsies Camp
What a charming spot to camp with our fur baby, we had a great time and my hubby and I would highly recommend this spot. Geoff the host was very welcoming and it was easy access to the camp site . The bird life was abundant , the view of the canola fields in full bloom were lovely and the cows with the 2 young calf's were super sweet to see. Being able to have a camp fire was a big bonus for me . We will be back.

Great spot to stay! Quiet and private area. The area is fenced and is surrounded by beautiful bush land. The cows are friendly and did come up to greet us when we arrived. If you want an easy to get to location for a quiet stay to unwind this is a great spot for that! Our dogs also loved it!

Beautiful and easily accessible location. Geoff was very welcoming and so were his cows! Our fur boys could run and run and even the brutal weather could not dampen our trip to Brookdale. So enjoyable we booked again before we left.

Our second stay and we enjoyed 6 fabulous days/nights at Brookdale Farm, using it as a base to explore the gorgeous towns and sites around including Toodyay, Goomalling, Northam, Calingiri and Bolgart. So much history, loads of lookouts and simply splendid scenery, not to mention the awesome bakeries, cafes and pubs to enjoy on those day drives too!
We loved having our site all to ourselves, completely private except for the sheep and cows who just added to the serenity! Chilly mornings and evenings didn’t bother us as we were able to have our campfire to keep us cosy. We came and went from the farm as we pleased and loved every minute of our ‘escape to the country’!
Just the two of us this time to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Kelsies Camp but the site is plenty big enough for family and friends to join us next time - though not even sure we want to share this magic spot!

We loved our first stay at Brookdale farm we absolutely loved Kelsies camp plenty of space for ourselves and fantastic spot for our dog to wonder around in the fenced camp site.So good to camp in such a nice clean(no cow poo) site Would highly recommend this camp to anyone with dogs

We had the loveliest two night weekend stay at Kelsie’s camp at Brookdale Farm and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The site was peaceful, private, and perfectly placed to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the bush. We loved sitting by the campfire under the stars, listening to the birds, and soaking in the nature.
It was the ideal base for popping into Toodyay to support the local community, just close enough for a coffee and browse, but far enough to feel like we had escaped the hustle. A real highlight was getting to see some farm work in action as Geoffrey was seeding - such a cool experience to witness firsthand!
Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a quiet, authentic bush getaway. We will definitely be back

Geoffrey and Jess were great hosts, detailed communication how to get to Brookdale Farm and the site.
The site was very tidy and well presented including the use of an outdoor picnic table.
Would look at choosing Brookdale Farm again.

Thanks for a great stay Geoff, it was the perfect quiet and secluded setting for our dogs' first time using the caravan, they were able to relax and settle in without being bothered by other guests or dogs.

Kelsies Camp
Had a great time here. Kelsies camp is fenced and quite private. Perfect for dogs. Our boy loved it - first caravan experience for him. Friendly host, made us feel very welcome and was not intrusive at all during our stay. A perfect, peaceful Mothers Day for me!
