Finders Keepers France is a Camping and Glamping retreat situated at a non-working French Farm. Listed as an ADULTS ONLY retreat this allows guests the chance to relax, recharge and enjoy the peaceful setting. Encased within 13 Acres of rural grounds with a 3 Acre lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the beautiful towns of Nerac and Condom (Lot-et-Garonne/Gers). Far enough away for people who enjoy the peace and quiet of Nature yet close enough to great amenities. The campsite is located within a walnut orchard and consists of only 4 tents. All tents come complete with everything you would need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. All tents come with their own private cooking and dining area plus use of a communal kitchen that contains a fridge, electric cooking hob, washing station, small dining area, plus more. We are an eco-retreat therefore try to keep light pollution to a minimum. This allows fabulous sky viewing and interest from wildlife. All our outdoor lighting and internal tent lighting is solar. We do advise that you bring a torch and binoculars just in case their power is low. There is an above ground swimming pool, a 3-acre freshwater lake and a cooling pool. Around the lake you will find picnic benches, 2 rowing boats and a Canadian kayak. Activities: Archery, badminton, pool table, swimming, dart board, board games, book library, telescope. Café that sells drinks only (No food). Ice cream and milk shake bar. Small camping shop that sells basic camping necessities plus holiday needs. At the property you will also find 3 rescue dogs and 3 rescue cats. We focus on leaving technology behind therefore we do not offer Wi-Fi. We ask noise to be kept to a minimum for the benefit of the guests that stay with us. Music will be played in the café lounge bar when open. **Please Note - Tourist tax will be added to the price of your stay. This tax will be collected by the accommodation provider you are staying at, on behalf of Albret Communauté and the Société du Grand Projet du Sud-Ouest. This tax is based on the type of accommodation and the number of people. Tent price will be 0.27€ per person per night and will be collected on arrival to the site.

Belle Tent in a Walnut Orchard

Hazel Belle is a 5m Bell tent. Mounted on a decked platform it comes with its own outdoor space and dining area. Inside the tent there is a double bed, bedding, selection of towels, robes, outdoor beach towels, indoor chairs. The tent is illuminated by solar lighting with rechargeable bedside lamps. Outside the tent there is a small private cooking area with 2 camping stoves, a BBQ, pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The tent also has a dining table and chairs, and a lounge area with sofa. To enable the tent to remain cool during the hot seasons it is nestled in a walnut orchard. Within the camping/glamping area there is a communal kitchen. This contains a fridge, washing station, small dining area, an electric hob, a manual washing machine, plus recycling/composting area. WC/Bathroom: There is a shared ECO green composting toilet located in the orchard and a flushing mains toilet by the communal social area. There is access to a mains shower by the main communal area plus an open-air ECO Mediterranean outdoor shower by the swimming pool. Guests have access to the 13 acre grounds plus all of the site facilities.

The Acacia Inflatable tent

The Acacia Tent is a large inflatable tent with a black interior bedroom. This ensures the bedroom stays cool and allows for a restful night’s sleep. This tent is a step down from the Oak tent as it allows guests to bring their own bedding and towels. Inside you will find 2 camping beds with padded mattresses, and a small table with a rechargeable bedside lamp. Inside the tent lounge there is a dining table and chairs plus a storage unit. Outside there is a small private cooking area which has a camping stove, BBQ, pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The camping/glamping area also has a communal kitchen within the orchard. This contains a fridge, electric hob, washing station, small dining area, a manual washing machine, a composter and a recycling zone. WC/Bathroom: shared ECO green composting toilet close to the tents and a flushing toilet by the main communal social area. There is a mains shower by the main social area plus an open-air ECO Mediterranean outdoor shower by the swimming pool. Guests also have access to the 13 acre grounds, lake and all the site facilities.
