Nice horse farm. Peaceful location. Some road noise as others have said. I wasn't bothered by that. Signage is limited to get to site. I did not meet the host. I found it a bit too isolated for me traveling solo as a senior female. I was just car camping, looking for a safe place to sleep on a road trip up the east coast.

The instructions were very precise and we had no problems finding the spot. Site 1 is spacious and conveniently located. There’s enough room to setup a little campground, and the picnic table and fire pit came very handy. My family and I couldn’t get over how beautiful the afternoon light was. The space is very serene, and the horses are super chill.

Nice to be around some nonhuman life at this spot. Turnpike noise is constant, but back at the camp spots it’s ignorable. Picnic table, fire pit, and porta potty are good set up.

It was such a unique & peaceful stay with only a fence standing between you and your new neighbors, the horses. Everything about this experience was so pleasant, Bren the host, the country air & scenery, the campsite itself and of course, the horses. Just what this city girl needed :)
I loved camping at the horse farm. The horses are amazing and beautiful. Very peaceful and the campsite was perfect. Well definitely come back again.

Hosts were very understanding about our late eta (had a long drive up to NJ) and we had an easy time finding our way to the site!
A good spot to get some rest, and the horses / chickens were fun to see nearby, we met some cute farmdogs too. Will try to come back on some other trip :)

This campsite is such a gem! Our 2 year old daughter was so excited to wake up to horses, and we enjoyed it as well! It was really private even with it being an active farm. We didn’t find the directions hard to follow and even found it coming in after dark. It was well maintained as well. We will be using this site again if we need to be in the area.
Horses, pets, and people were friendly. Heads up, BYOTP! Tranquil and scenic overall.

This was the perfect spot for us. After a long day of traffic and driving, it was wonderful to be able to pull into the farm and head toward the woods to our perfect little camping spot. Private, peaceful, and we felt very safe.
Great communication from the host and wonderful directions.
House was gracious and friendly, and we hope to stay there again the next time we come through.
This was my first solo car canp! It was everything! Everyone was very welcoming especially the horses! Lovely farm. I will definitely book again. I was able to meet Bren as I was leaving. Thank you for a great stay!

I had such a pleasant experience on Bren's land! There are horses in the adjecent fields, adding to the cozy, farm feel. The campsite was clean and equipped with a picnic table and firepit/cooking grill.

Right off the highway (about 3 minutes!) but far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. You will hear some highway noise but that didn’t bother me. Felt very safe. Great sunset view over a meadow. Sweet horses will come right up to your site for a curious hello.
Despite being close to the interstate, the site was really remote and peaceful. The host was very responsive and communicated well. Would definitely go back!

We had an amazing time at the horse farm. I took my son camping for the first time ever and this was more than the best situation in setup for a child. We were able to freely roam the farm and play with the horses at our will. We camped at campsite, one which was at the end of the property and gives you an entire view of the farm. Bren the host was amazing when we woke up to our surprise. They were hosting a mini petting zoo and Christmas pictures. By far, one of my best nights out with hipcamp.
Beautiful horse farm. Camping was right in the middle of the horses! Sites each had a picnic table and a fire ring. I bought firewood and everything was perfectly provided. Was really a cool experience!

Bern’s horse farm is very beautiful and really enjoyed the natural scenery and tranquil surroundings.

If you love horses and don't mind the smell of horses this would be great! I myself love horses so I wanted to go there and smell the horses and maybe pet them if they came to the fence which they did! The one thing I didn't like was there seemed to be a manure pile at the campsite which was kind of weird I mean it doesn't bother me cuz I'm a worse person but if something like that would bother you then I wouldn't go there because there is a manure pile right at the campsite towards the back of the camp. You can hear a lot of traffic at night from the road but that doesn't bother me but if it bothers you then this would not be good for you. Brenn was really nice brought me a load of wood after I got there so that was cool since I ordered it. He said I could walk around the farm and look at all the horses and stuff like that I pretty much kept to myself because it was a just a relaxing time for me but that's also an option! So Yes I would recommend this as long as you're a horse lover!

- Site 2 is IN the horse pasture, making for a pretty messy place to pitch a tent. Consider a tent pad with DG, or maybe mention that you’d recommend an extra tarp.
- Road noise from turnpike throughout the night. Wish I had brought ear plugs.
Pleasant Surprise
- The 2 horses in the pasture were friendly, curious, and frankly who I should probably consider as my hosts. They would sneak up on me if I was not paying attention. All the sudden, there is a horse behind you while you’re brushing your teeth in the dark… “whatcha doing?”. I thought it was fun.

Loved this little spot! I ended up using site 1 at this property, as the host suggested since it was open, and it was nice to tuck into the trees with the rain. A nice little camp spot, horses nearby, super nice hosts!

We had a wonderful time on Bren's land. The area was gorgeous and having the opportunity to interact with the horses was amazing. Bren and the rest of the folks at the site were amazing the entire time. I couldn't recommend this enough.
Such a serene location. Clean, well kept safe location for a break from driving.

We had a good night of rest at this site while tent camping with our pup. The site is an open area, but far enough back that it still felt private!
Great location and i will be back. So awesome with horses around (and the option to ride a horse time permitting). Location is secluded with animals all around; awesome! That said arrival was a bit of a mess. Bren was responsive on hipcamp up until the day of arrival. We arrived late and found someone else in our campsite. According to bren this is an issue on hipcamp’s part allowing multiple bookings and not properly transmitting messages. Regardless of fault, i suggest bren buy a calendar or use a notepad to mark off dates campsites are booked (whenever he manually accepts bookings) so that he does not accept multiple bookings for the same campsite on the same day. Thankfully the group was leaving the next day, so we just spent one night in the car. Bren was willing to work with us and set us up somewhere else but we didn't really like the options and just opted for the car as a one night fix. Rest of the stay was perfect!
Bren was a top notch host! His communication was timely and thorough. The site was easy to find and so very private/peaceful! I will def be back!
