Very cute, little lake side cabin, w a nice yard space, hammock, boat access, and fire-pit. Kind and responsive management was very easy to engage w. But, perhaps best of all, was the private sandy beach just steps from the front patio. There is a set of well built outdoor stairs to get down to the cabin, that could present a challenge of accessibility for some individuals. But, if you can do a few stairs, it’s well worth the effort. Great spot to unwind and enjoy the cape from.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Such a peaceful spot on the lake to get away. We enjoyed using the kayaks and having evening campfires in the fire pit. Charles was super responsive with questions. I would highly recommend!

We loved this spot! We traveled down for a wedding and wanted something a little more enjoyable than a hotel room. We loved the kayaks, swimming and overall ability to kick back and relax. It was the perfect amount of privacy. Great birdwatching and had a nice visit from a local kitty 🐈⬛. Thanks for sharing your special location! This is a true gem and we hope to return one day!

This is a very very very beautiful and well thought out cabin. The beach is literally around the corner and the beach is steps from the front door. I and my wife felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Would recommend and I hope to return. Also they have a very cute cat :)

An absolutely beautiful slice of heaven!
Exceptionally clean, peaceful, and private. Cabin had everything you can imagine for our stay. Steps from the water, a dock, and different little boats for use. I love our hosts values of cleanliness and recycling everything ❤️

Swimming in the beautiful lake every day was blissful. Cabin is right by the lake and has everything that you need. Charles was very responsive and had everything ready for our late arrival - including lighting the fire.

We had a wonderful time at the waterfront cabin! The care and attention to detail was greatly apparent in every aspect. The location was private and tranquil. This was exactly what we were looking for and we highly recommend it!

The perfect little spot! We had a wedding to go to in north Falmouth and wanted to stay somewhere before the bridge and the 20 minute drive and the cost to stay here was perfect! We did a late checkout so we could sleep in and go for a swim in the lake before leaving! It was such a peaceful evening, complete silence at night and a gorgeous morning, greeted by a cat while having our coffee. Thank you so much for accommodating us! 10/10 recommend! I’m sure we will be back! The perfect little getaway, you almost feel like you’re up North! You can’t beat it. ❤️

very good cabin; the hosts are attentive; I was able to enjoy 2 good nights in this cabin, in addition to fishing, cooking, canoe riding also received visits, 1 couple of Lol geese. I highly recommend it.

Lovely weekend stay! Charlie and Andrea were such great hosts--they had set up a fire for me when I arrived. Beautiful, private cabin with everything I needed. It was just the getaway I needed.

We loved this magical little spot. It felt so private. We used 3 different boats, swam most of the day, then had a cozy fire. We have sent this listing to friends and hope to stay again.

The Cottage house was a beautiful retreat. Our host Charles and Andrea were delightful and respected our privacy. We did'nt see them unless we called out for assistance. The Cottage is privitized by the treed landscape and the lake. The lake is clear with a sandy bottom. We ventured off and visited P-town for a day and ferried from Hyannis to Nantucket on another. We locally visited On-Set and Buzzard's Bay both cute local harbor towns. Also New Bedford (30 minutes away) an up and comming small city with a load of history and charm. We also took time to relax at the lake. The water and beach were delightful. The lake is fed by several natural springs. I would highly recommend their cottage and are planning an eventual return. Thank you Charles and Andrea!!

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay . The host responded to my questions quickly . We went for peace and to enjoy each others company and we got that and more . The cabin was cute definitely would stay again . The view was BEAUTIFUL 😍 The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the cold showers but I knew that before I booked.

my boyfriend and i had so much fun and relaxed at this cabin! we were obsessed with the style and build of it. the ways that the host chose to accommodate the campers was so unique (a bowl for sink, water supported through water lines for running water, shower, etc). everything we mentioned we needed, he had provided for us. chargers, ample lighting, fans, fishing equipment, all soaps, dishes, utensils. he had it all. we really enjoyed our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. scenery was beautiful as well for a nice relaxing trip! would 100000% recommend, especially for those who want to camp but hate bugs ( i didn’t see any!!!!! & had a comfortable sleep!!!! )

Fell in love instantly! The cutest most comfortable cabin. Comfortable bed, pillows everything you need. An amazing view from your bed, hammock, fire pit beautiful. I was immediately relaxed and just loved the energy of this place. So comforting I have felt so invited and thoroughly enjoyed ever minute. Bring what you need once your here you wont even want to leave, and neither did I. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking to get away for a few days to just decompress and breath the amazing fresh air! This is the best hipcamp i have been privileged to experience. Andrea and Charlie are awesome hosts, welcoming, responsive, (although you likely wont need a thing) friendly and relaxed, they go the extra mile totally live my time here. i am grateful they have shared thier amazing space with all us hipcampers. 5 stars across the board!! Cant wait for my visit.

The experience of staying in this cabin is incredible and unforgettable. The view of the pond (it’s more like a small lake) is attractive and is unobstructed from the cabin. It's only a few steps to the pond side. I loved sitting on the private dock looking at the pond and reading. In particular, new friends the swan and wild ducks visited frequently during my stay. Their company made me happy and not lonely. I was mesmerized by the dreamy landscape of mist on the water at dawn. The romantic moment of dusk also made me wish that the dark night may come later.
I was surprised and touched by the warmth and kindness of the hosts of this cabin towards me. They lived in another house nearby. They allowed me complete privacy and quiet space with no interruptions during my stay. From all the facilities and supplies inside and outside the cabin, you can tell that the hosts has considered the needs, comfort and thoughtfulness of the guests.
Of course no place is perfect. It would be great if the cabin have hot water for shower, or if the parking place could be closer to the cabin, make it easy to carry and move personal stuffs. Anyway, these don’t affect my liking here, and I feel satisfied. No doubt I would recommend this cabin and would definitely visit it again!!

My daughter (7) and I had a blast with all the water toys and campfire. The view of the pond (feels more like a small lake) from the living area in the cabin was great. We even got to enjoy some impromptu fireworks from a party across the lake in the evening.

This little cabin was the perfect getaway! The view is incredible and sitting on the dock with a book was very relaxing. Everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend!

This cabin was a perfect! It had everything we needed to feel comfortable while also feeling off-the-grid. The cabin was private and secluded from the main house. Watching the sunset from the pier and sitting by the fire pit made for a relaxing stay.
The covered grill made cooking outside super easy, and we appreciated having grilling utensils provided. We also brought a Coleman camping stove to make breakfast, and were excited to use the nonstick pan that was provided in the cabin, instead of our cast iron, to cook eggs.
Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Cape Cod. Would recommend to everyone!
