A completely private, gated campsite with over 4.5 acres to call your own during your stay. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Northeast Georgia, beautiful scenery abounds with ample opportunities for outdoor adventures. In addition to what you will find at our campsite, options for white-water rafting, zip-lining, kayaking and hiking are mere minutes away! This property is conveniently located to the charming towns of Highlands, NC and Clayton, GA where you will find a variety of local shops and restaurants. Firepit, private. The fire ring is actually a fire pit, and the charcoal grill is an outdoor built-in grill with a large cooking surface underneath a covered pavilion. Fires may only be built in the fire pit that is already established on site. Guests will be provided with one complementary bundle of wood. Additional wood is available for $5 a bundle.

Can only say... Excellent. Lovely host. Spectacular waterfalls. Went with friends and their dog. We have 2 dogs. The dogs give it 5 stars too. Lots of infrastructure for gathering.

Lives up to its hype!

Absolutely the best camping trip we have ever been on. 30amp hookup, clean bathroom, grills, pavilions, fresh water hookups, electrical outlets in pavilions, and let’s not forget the waterfalls, the trail to the big falls, and the wading pools. There is just so much to enjoy and what makes it the most special place is that you can have it all to yourself.

Another amazing stay!

This was our fourth trip to this beautiful site. We had to make some changes for personal reasons and DeeDee couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful! I can’t express enough how much this meant to us. It allowed us to unwind and relax in this magical place. Already booked for next year! Thank you DeeDee for sharing such a special place.

This was the perfect getaway! Beautiful property, gated and private and surrounded by gorgeous waterfalls. It rained all night and into the morning but we were able to enjoy our morning coffee from underneath the covering.

We love DeeDee’s land! This is our second time here, and it’s even better than I remembered. It’s extremely beautiful. The waterfalls, gathering areas, big boulders, and plenty of flat ground for tents. Our group had a great time, we’ll be back again.

We've been waiting for so long for our trip to Waterfall Heaven, and when our time to pack was getting closer, the weather was showing rain for the whole week we were supposed to be there... That was a little discouraging because we camp with 8 dogs and 2 crazy boys in a tent and I was worried everything will be way too wet and dirty and cold but I was not going to let this gem of a place go 😂 and what an amazing beautiful and serene place this spot is! The weather didn't matter, we had fun and the boys were in the water every day (even in 48°f), the dogs had so much space to run and sniff and explore and we even got a chance to do some activities in nearby towns (Stumphouse Tunnel in nearby city of Wallhala, SC and Foxfire Museum near the campsite was amazing)! What saved us was the fact we were able to put our 10x18 tent under the huge wooden gazebo right by the waterfall (you need to remove the tables first and they are heavy!) and that kept our tent dry inside and out. The cooking area under the smaller gazebo was perfect for us preparing meals in the rain (we've put one of the tables there and were able to stay dry while eating). The hike up the hill to see the bigger waterfall is worth the view and not having cellphone reception or internet at the campsite was the best break I secretly wished for 😂 We have another trip booked in March 2026 and I'm hoping I'll be able to also score a week in summer 2027! Thank you DeeDee for having us!
