We are a small off-grid campsite on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. Perfect for couples, families, dog lovers, and anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Nestled in the heart of the stunning Llyn Peninsula, we’re just a stone’s throw from breathtaking beaches, hidden coves, and the historic Iron Age hill fort of Tre'r Ceiri. Our site offers ten well-spaced, intimate pitches for tents, campervans and small motorhomes, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. Due to the terms of our camping license with The Greener Camping Club, one member of each party must be a member. Membership brings loads of wonderful benefits and gives you access to over 180 campsites across the UK all with the same ethos. Membership costs £12.

Very tidy and characterful campsite. Jamie super helpful and responsive. Great views, great sunset and back in nature. Hot showers and kitchen area were most welcome.

Just returned home from a beautiful, tranquil, relaxing week at Tyn on The Llyn campsite….I wish I was still there!! Absolutely fabulous site….spacious areas to pitch with stunning views of surrounding countryside. Jamie and Sylvia have gone to great lengths to ensure a happy camping experience….there is a sheltered area for washing up where there is also a kettle, small fridge and plug sockets for phone charging. A chunky, rustic table is also there for campers to sit when it gets a little windy! Much appreciated-it’s those little things that all add up 😀 Recycling facilities are top class, including food waste disposal. We really loved the composting loos, of which were kept immaculately clean all of the time. The best bit was the ‘shower with a view’ ….3 showers, all extremely efficient, but one of them had a big picture window in it, so you had the glorious outlook of the neighbouring field, with the odd sheep in view!! Jamie was absolutely above and beyond….always cheerful and happy to help with recommendations….we went for a pretty long walk one day to the well-known Ty Coch beach and pub and Jamie picked us up for our return trip!! Can’t recommend this gorgeous site enough, would definitely return! Thanks for a fab holiday!

We had a lovely stay! Jamie was extremely welcoming and we got pitched up straight away. Facilities were clean, we loved the “wild shower!” We will definitely be back!

This is a great campsite. Jamie the owner was a top guy, very helpful, interested and accommodating. The view from the campsite was great and the newly built facilities were really well thought out and couldn't have been executed better. A great site we will try and visit again!. Rupert

We loved staying on Jamie's campsite. Jamie and Sylvie are very friendly and helpful hosts. The pitches are spacious and all have wonderful views. The facilities are brand new and very clean. It's comfortable to have a shelter to wash the dishes and to recharge mobile phones etc. This campsite is recommended to everyone who loves eco-friendly camping with good facilities.

Where do I start? This site is simply awesome. I’ve stayed in loads of quiet off grid sites and I can’t believe that I stumbled across this one. Perfect would be a complete and utter understatement. Firstly, this site is in a beautiful place, stunning countryside everywhere, the best the Llyn peninsula can offer. The fields are open but cleverly sectioned so you can pick your spot and be ensured space and tranquility. You feel like you wild camping and away from those formal plotted sites but still have the availability to second to none facilities of showers and eco friendly toilets and water. The site unbelievably boasts a large undercover dishwashing and seating area with tables and benches which me and my son played cards on and made unforgettable memories. There are scattered potable water taps on site and the water tastes amazing. If you seek perfect silence in a truly beautiful location you won’t find anything better than here. There is no light pollution and on my first night the milky way was clearly visible right above me and I’ve never seen so many stars ever since my travels in Namibia. (Insulating clouds on my second night). This site is spotlessly clean and well cared and loved by Jamie and his wife. Jamie was the perfect host, there if you needed anything but made you feel welcome and valued as a guest on his site. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Fire wood with fire pits for a small fee were also available This sites scores 100% in every way
