Otter Moss Accommodation offers a variety of upscale camping options suitable for couples, families, and groups. Nestled within a picturesque 12-acre former farm, the majority of the site surrounds a spacious meadow. Additionally, the site boasts a charming small lake featuring three islands and a rowing boat for leisurely water activities. Situated at the northern edge of the stunning Eden Valley, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the Cumbrian Fells, with visibility extending to the Solway Firth and the Lake District on clear days. The Lake District is a convenient 40-minute drive away, while various sections of Hadrian's Wall are even closer, reachable within a 15-minute drive. Carlisle and the M6 motorway to Scotland are both just 20 minutes away, with the picturesque market town of Brampton also within a 15-minute drive and offering its own attractions. Local pubs are plentiful in the area, with a diverse selection available within a five-mile radius. Accommodation units at Otter Moss come equipped with heating, kitchen utensils, and stoves, ensuring guests' comfort and convenience. Each unit also includes firepits or barbecues, as well as bedding and towels for a hassle-free stay.

Stunning location in Eden Valley on private estate. Red deer literally outside the door!. Close to Hadrian's wall and Lakes. Includes 1 luxurious king size bed, microwave, a two ring gas stove with 1 gas canister provided , brazier/bbq, kettle, fridge, electricity, and a close by shed converted into a fully functional wash room which is not shared with any other guests. Location and nature, plus good pubs close by and lots. Room to pitch a tent (£15 per night ) or two and space for camper vans ( £15 per night ) Guest can wander down the lane to the meadow and around the small lake or take the rowing boat out. The meadow is also home to a pod, shepherds hut and bell tent so please be mindful of other guests and their privacy. Also please be aware that if you feed carrots or apples to the deer - they will become quite cheeky and not leave you alone!. Other things to note 1,Please be aware that electricity is under rather a lot of pressure and if you want to take a shower you need to switch off all appliances in the cabin other than the fridge and light first!. 2,WiFi is patchy and slow but most guests are happy to take a break from technology!. 3,Please please keep the chain on the gate at all times. 4,please don’t leave the cabin door open and unattended or the deer will get inside and please make sure no cats are left inside when you leave! 5, wood for the fire pit isn’t included but can be bought at most garages and the Coop in Brampton.

This has to be seen to be appreciated. Set in 2/3 acres including small lake with three islands and a boat. Some guests refer to Swallows and Amazon’s. Lovely village and pub - 2 miles. Popular with cyclists, fell walkers historians ( Hadrian’s wall is on the door step ). A beautiful 6m bell tent The tent shares the sight with the pod which sleeps 4 and both share a wash room. There is also a shepherds hut with ensuite. This is a one off. It is not a pod park!.The pod sits in a stunning 2/3 acre sight teaming with wildlife. The space is shared with a 6 metre bell tent which also had use of the wash hut both have use of the wash hut. There is also a shepherds hut with its own en-suite, all three have use of the boat and lake. Space to pitch tents at £15 per night. Fell walkers paradise and extremely popular area for cycling. A number of good pubs close by, nearest is 2 miles and numerous local attractions such as Hadrian's Wall. North lakes only 40 min drive. Pod has low volt electricity and a small heater,toaster,and kettle. Comprises 1 double bed and two singles ( bedding provided).Also a double ring gas stove with two gas canisters provided, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, tea, coffee and sugar. 4 camping chairs and boule. A small Boating lake on doorstep. Great nearby pubs and lots of local attractions. Other things to note Wood for fire pit is not provided but can be purchased at most garages and the Coop in Brampton 5 miles away. As stated earlier, the pod has low volt electricity and if too many appliances are plugged in at the same time it will trip. There is a fuse box under the mirror in the wash room and the key is on top of the water heater under the sink.

Beautiful handcrafted and fully lined with wood burner and oil fired heater. stylish, romantic and well equipped space with it's own en suite. Comfy bed bedding and towels provided. Sitting in the most stunning totally unspoiled and hidden countryside on a 3 acre sight with a small lake and boat ( think Swallows and Amazons in miniature ). 2 very cheeky resident red deer nearby prove popular with all guests. Eden valley and Hadrian’s Wall on the door step, North Lakes 40 drive. Great pubs!. Walk around the small lake or punt the boat to one of the three islands. Come up to the log house and spot the deer!. Northern fells and Hadrian’s wall on doorstep. Fantastic cycling routes. North Lakes 40 mins drive. Great choice of pubs, closest just 2 miles away. Brampton market town is 5 miles away and has a train station plus 2 fantastic butchers, lots of antiques shops and much much more! Inside the hut is well equipped with oil fired electric heater plus a small wood burner ( wood not provided ) A proper size fridge, kettle, toaster and 2 ring gas stove plus utensils and crockery and much more. Guests can use the rowing boat on the small lake and explore the islands. You’re also welcome to potter up to the log house at the end of the drive and see the resident red deer. The meadow is also shared with a bell tent and a pod, there is plenty of space for everyone. Please be mindful of other guests staying. Fuel for fire pit and wood for the wood burner not provided but can be purchased at most garages and the Coop in Brampton 5 miles away.

The tent shares the sight with a pod which sleeps 4 and both share a wash room. There is also a shepherds hut with ensuite. 6 metre bell tent with luxury super king bed. Stunning location at the end of the Eden Valley. Hadrian’s wall on the door step and only 40 minutes to North Lakes. Lovely village with pub 2 miles away. The tent sits in a 2/3 acre sight including small lake with 3 small islands and boat and is teaming with wildlife. Space shared with a wooden pod which sleeps 4 and both share a wash room with a shower, loo and sink. On the outside wall of the wash hut are two sockets where phones can be charged although I haven’t had a chance to make house around them for phones to sit in yet,!!. There is also a shepherds hut with en suite. Each accommodation has masses of space. In the tent there is a ,super king bed ( bedding and towels provided ), a small wood burner ( wood not provided ), cupboard space, a double ring camping stove with 2 bottles of gas provided, stove top kettle , pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils and a stove top kettle. Also 2 camping chairs. Outside there is a fire pit. Guests can use the rowing boat on the small lake and explore the islands. You’re also welcome to potter up to the log house at the end of the drive and see the resident red deer. The meadow is also shared with a bell tent and a pod, there is plenty of space for everyone. Please be mindful of other guests staying. Fuel for fire pit and wood for the wood burner not provided but can be purchased at most garages and the Coop in Brampton 5 miles away.
