There are a variety of shops including the famous arts and crafts galleries and many activities, attractions and country pubs and restaurants in the local area for all the family.A tranquil escape surrounded by beautiful scenery. The site is set in a rural part of Cornwall with lovely costal walks and space for families to enjoy and relax. St Ives being the closest town offers many different activities for days out be that browsing the wide range of quirky shops, fine dining, boat trips, art galleries or enjoying a lazy day by the beach.

Great location, nice site.

Really nice site with lots of facilities for showering and cleaning, a quiet rural area which is only a 5 min drive down to St. Ives. Due to its location the wind can be a bit of an issue, we were located down the hill a bit, and the gusts here were extreme with no trees or walls or anything to break the wind down, I imagine if we were to have been located up the hill slightly with the foliage behind us our tent may have survived the holiday.

Great facilities but very windy area. Its so high up that you have stunning views but the price you pay is the wind. Also the campsite is on a bit of a slope so not so comfy for people sleeping in tents. Friendly host though who welcomed me upon arrival.

Spotlessly clean, accomadating, due to bad weather found us a tree lined pitch ..my twenty something daughters loved it and it was so close to St Ives but still in the stunning countryside..
