The geodome is set in the rural peaceful Marshwood Vale WestDorset unspoilt uninterrupted countryside views. Watch the sunrise &set, star gaze by night through panoramic front window. We have a dark skies award, the space comes complete with outdoor fire pit or sit on the swing seat kick back & relax or soak in the hot tub. If the weather isn’t so great light the log burner grab a book, a glass of wine & chill indoors, there’s also cards, games etc Set in a separate meadow field to the wider campsite alongside 3 other glamping units. Each is fenced and hedged from the other to create a privacy screen between. The hedging is establishing. An open contemporary space within the dome complete with panoramic front window. The dome is: - insulated, heated by a 8 kw log burner and underfloor heating in the Cloakroom ONLY plus an electric blanket for extra coziness - Two fans for hot summer nights one solar and one mains - There is a small covered but open front outdoor kitchenette - Crockery/cutlery/pans/ utensils are provided please ensure you return them clean to avoid extra charges - There is a picnic bench on your outside decking area but also table and chairs for two inside the dome - Also on your decking is a wooden swing seat to gaze at the sunset or night sky - aside your decking you will find your very own private electric heated hot tub/jacuzzi screened on two sides for some privacy but still open to the front allowing views. - A fire pit with chairs outside on gravel (logs extra at £12/bag incl kindling & firelighters) - You have your own indoor wc & basin inside the dome with underfloor heating - Own private locked & heated shower room a few steps away from the Dome - Communal kitchen /diner shared with other guests here you will also find: - washing machine & tumble dryer(with charge) - Kitchen hob, oven/grill - Microwave - Pots & pans etc - Dining area - Parking is right next to the dome - Fishing is available on site in our fishing ponds (you need a rod licence and to pay the permit fee) - There is no WI-FI as we provide a digital detox space for all so please check your own provider for reception before travelling - You could pre-order a luxury food hamper of locally sourced yummy food or a bottle of something nice
