Jared was a great host, his property was perfect for our needs. A nice larger property with a country feel, but right in the middle of the city and close to all. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at suburban pasture for 3 nites and made it our base for exploring the Usery mtns and superstition mtns. Simple and perfect place in town to stay. Jared let us run our dog on his very large backyard lawn and it was a very secure and comfortable place to park our trailer. The price was right for a dry camp and Jared could not be more accommodating and his communication before and during was awesome.

We enjoyed the rural setting close to Phoenix so we could drive to the Heard museum. We were glad to have plenty of space for our motorhome and car..Jared was a very good host and let us create our own schedule. No pressure on us. Loved his vintage camp trailers.

Jared is an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at his home for three nights. The location was good for exploring the Phoenix area. The amenities were just OK though. We had a water hook-up but no electrical and it was fairly dusty since we were located on a dirt driveway. It would have been nice to have trash available too.

Under the stars ✨ and in the center of everything! Nice spot to post up while working in our regional office. Walking distance (nice paved sidewalk) to the new R department.

This Hipcamp is a perfect home-base when traveling to the area to visit family/friends or to head out to the wilderness to play. It is suitable and easily navigable for a travel traveler, and a large enough space for a family with children and/or dogs. There is water available and the host mentioned they will be bringing electricity to the site soon. We didn't need that because we had enough battery/propane to meet our needs, but the addition of electricity will make this site even better. The site is also located near any conveniences you might need if you aren't fully prepared or stocked - stores, restaurants, etc..

Exactly as described. You park backed up to the hosts small barn/ garage. Host is welcoming and eager to help and make your stay comfortable. We only stayed for a quick night layover. There are great restaurants and bars nearby, good safe area and super secure parking spot.

Great location and host. Easy access for coming in and out and the host was very courteous and easy going. Our dogs had a great time running around the gated pasture. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Very welcoming. Nice to receive a phone call the day before and be greeted when we arrived. Lovely spot with room to stretch our legs for the night. Great location in town as well.

Jarod was a considerate host who contacted us prior to our visit to suggest the best area to park (due to recent rains). Directions were good, and his place was easy to find. Nothing spectacular, just a conveniently located, in town place to camp for a night in a safe area. I would definitely book here again.

Jared was so very helpful! Our battery died during our stay and he provided an extension cord to get us up and running. The place was fairly muddy at the time we stayed, so campers with dogs might want to check with the host about his irrigation cycle to find out if it will be muddy before reserving (if that's something you're worried about).

Jared was great, and his property and general location were as well. This was our very first booking with HipCamp and Jared texted and later called and answered all our questions. He allowed our young children to use their swing and trampoline, which was a huge bonus after they’d been trapped in the truck most of the day. The site was shaded, which wasn’t as important in the spring, but would be of value during the hot season. While Jared had water available and we filled our tank using his hose, the spigot is a bit further than our standard 10’ hose would reach, so my only suggestion is that you bring a 25’ hose if you want to fill up. Overall, this was a great experience and with such limited <55+ locations for RVs, a property I recommend.

Suburban Pasture was great! Don’t hesitate to stay like we did.
Look at the pictures…look at the map, repeat 10 times and say, “No way!” That’s what I did. But after arriving and setting up you feel like you’re in the country even though you’re closer to more retail/food options than you would ever need. Jared is low-key. Offers assistance, but will leave you alone if you’re good. Nice fenced area for dogs to run free. Sounds like a jungle and a farm all inside the city. 39’ 5th wheel, 6 night stay.

This suburban pasture is exactly as described and was the perfect location for me to get to know my new trailer. Easy to get to and park. Host Jared was welcoming, friendly and helpful. My dogs loved running in the grassy yard. Would definitely recommend!

What a fun experience staying here at Jared and fam’s property! They were such welcoming hosts and honestly made us feel like family! We stayed way longer than expected due to this crazy weather and we’re very thankful for Jared’s flexibility in that. Our dogs loved running around the farm and Jared and fam were so sweet to them. The location is super close to everything! We would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.
