We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches. This RV pad is decomposed gravel and has it's own brick patio. Your RV space is separated via brick wall, vinyl, and pool fencing. The entire property is a quarter acre in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, highway 60, and close to shopping and restaurants. The RV pad is accessed via a 25 foot wide drive up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the locked walk through gate. The area is great for your pups too! Additional parking is available in front of the RV gate if needed, or you can park on the street too. With all the conveniences nearby in the heart of Mesa/Gilbert, you can easily recharge, get some work done, or just relax. The space we provide is huge. It will accommodate any size rig plus towable. You can easily back in to this space using the wide 40 foot driveway leading to 14 foot RV gates. Once in the backyard, you'll have about 20 feet of width, plus the brick RV deck. This is a quiet neighborhood, so not good for parties or lot's of visitors. It's fenced, so fine for pups, but please no pets in the pool. We're located just off Higley and Broadway, so easy access in your big rig. Once set up, you're just minutes from shopping, restaurants, malls, hospitals, and everything the city has to offer. We're just 20 minutes from the airport, or the state and regional campgrounds. We live in the main house and work during the week. Most days you'll have the pool to yourself, but occasionally we may join you to enjoy the views, BBQ, or just hang out.

This space is perfect for RV'ers looking for a place to chill for a few nights by the pool in the city. With all the conveniences nearby in the heart of Mesa/Gilbert, you can easily recharge, get some work done, or just relax. The space we provide is huge. It will accommodate any size rig plus towable. Awesome spot! The host was there to greet us, plenty of room for our truck and 25’ trailer. Nice, quiet location and meticulously well-kept! The pups were super happy to be able to run around. Absolutely would recommend and hopefully will be able to stop again next time we are through the area.

The RV spot was wonderful as it had full hookups and was nice and clean. Our dog Birdie was able to come and go from our camper without worrying about a leash as there were drive and walk gates to secure the area. We were able to let Birdie meet Spencer and Melissa’s dog Harley and they got along great. With their permission we would let Birdie and Harley play in the mornings to wear them both out. I will gladly stay again if we find ourselves in the Mesa area and there is availability. Very convenient location. Mike, Nancy, and Birdie.

This is our second stay with Spencer and Melissa. We absolutely love this spot. Its perfect for privacy and quiet time. The yard is fenced and our dog has plenty of space to roam. Their dog Harley is the sweetest girl. She anxiously waits for us to open the gate between the yards so she can come play with our dog. We will definitely stay there every time we are in the area. We have a 45ft Class A and it fits wonderfully with lots of room to spare. We highly recommend this Mesa location.

We chose this spot because of its close proximity to Still University. The camp spot was just as their photos show - a very clean and private site with full hook-ups, including sewer, a fenced yard for our dogs to run around in, and a nice, cool pool to top it off. There were city sounds, but for being in the heart of mass civilization, it proved to be a quiet location, especially in the evening and mornings. Both hosts were kind and friendly. Enjoyed meeting their son and dog also. Thank you Spencer & Melissa.

Spencer and Melissa were wonderful hosts, and they really put a lot of thought and investment into the space so that campers can have a great stay! The RV parking area was wide and very well-maintained, with so many amenities. It had hookups for power, water and sewer, a brick patio, a fire pit, a sparkling pool and a covered gazebo. The RV gate was secure and had a separate entrance gate with a personalized code for access. The property is conveniently located near many restaurants and retail stores. The hosts were delightful, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to coming back again!

Spencer and Melissa's place is a wonderful spot to stay in Mesa. Pool was lovely after a long hot day and they are both super friendly. RV spot is huge and should accommodate nearly any RV - and hookups include 20, 30, and 50 amps + full water and septic. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Spencer & Melissa!

Spencer and Mellisa were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us from day one. The RV spot is very secure, quiet and conveniently located close to many attractions in that area. The site was well kept, safe, and clean. Their dog was very friendly and fun to be around with our dog Tank. The pool area was very clean and nice to hang out and swim. We will book this place again when we go back to the area.

This was a super quiet, safe spot for us to park our RV while we visited family in the area. We used Uber to get around but there is room to park a car if you tow. The pad is easy to access, the utilities clean and in good working order. The host had automatic lights so arriving back after dark is not a problem. The hosts were wonderful and answered all of our messages promptly! We highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!!! We loved this location. Spencer and Melissa were very accommodating and friendly. The spot is beautiful and peaceful. Their pup Harley is the sweetest girl and she plays so nice with other dogs. We were there for 10 days, our dog and Harley had a blast. We will go back for sure.

I really loved Melissa and Spencer's slice of heaven. We felt so safe and we were so close to everything. We were able to let the grandkids come and visit and our dog had a wonderful space of her own. The hosts are so accommodating. They let use their pool and gazebo. We have already booked another trip. We wanted to come back at Christmas but they were already booked. Unlucky for us. Thanks for the wonderful time! Tammy & Steve

The rv pad was amazing, Spencer and Melissa were amazing hosts, quick to respond and had the rv gate open and ready. The kids absolutely loved the pool, perfect for a hot summer day.

This is a large, level, and private back-in site with access to a beautiful pool and gazebo. The hosts were fantastic and extremely accommodating. We were allowed to have Kleen Tank of Central AZ service our tanks which we really appreciate. Thank you so much and will definitely book again when in the area!

Spencer and Melissa were magnificent hosts! Everything went smoothly and the site is wonderful. Our dog had a wonderful time playing with theirs and it was a peaceful retreat while we were in the area.

Spencer & Melissa’s RV pad was exactly as advertised. It was a very nice, quiet neighborhood and there was a beautiful pool that our son enjoyed soaking his legs in a bit. We never met our hosts in person, but they were very responsive to messages and I’m certain would have been happy to help if we had needed anything.

Spencer was very welcoming. Great set up. Very neatly kept. The pride and attention Spencer and Melissa take is apparent everywhere you look. The area is spacious. Fully fenced- so our pup could run. There is a fence between the camp spot and the pool- which we appreciated- it kept our pup from inadvertently falling into the pool- which he has done in the past. Would also be a nice set up for people with smaller children. We highly recommend Spencer and Melissa’s Campspot. We hope to be back

Wonderful place. We loved the fenced area for our dogs to roam free. Spencer and Melissa were such gracious hosts. We enjoyed the space and the pool area they shared with us. Definitely would return and happy to share our experience.

Great location, very private, well kept up! The hosts are very accommodating and friendly! Felt as though we were parked at a friends place with a full log to ourselves! Only downside was the Arizona winter making the pool too cold!

We absolutely loved Spencer ans Melissa's RV spot! It was perfect for our family - with both kids and dogs. The space is spacious, clean and private. If you stay around Christmas you can look out of your RV and see houses lit up with Christmas lights. The neighborhood was quiet. Spencer and Melissa were so kind and welcoming. Their dog was sweet, too, with our kids and dogs. We definitely will be staying again next time we are in the Phoenix area!

The house was easy to find, the RV parking area was nice and quite. We texted the hosts in advance with our ETA and they kindly opened the gate for us. The location is convenient to both the freeways as well as city access.

Very nicely kept area for your RV. With full hookups and trash cans it can be a great overnight place in Mesa, AZ. In a residential neighborhood and feels very safe. Spencer responded to all my questions and was very helpful in keeping the RV gate open for our arrival.

Spencer and Melissa were amazing from initial contact to leaving their home. The spot was perfect, safe, residential community, behind a double gate and plenty of room for our big rig and Jeep. While we didn’t take advantage of the many amenities including pool and multiple grills, trust me they looked great! Highly recommend and hope to see them again! Thanks again!
