Secluded camping, campfires, coast and country.
Head west through Wales to the coast and somewhere by the south east corner of Ireland is the beautiful region of Pembrokeshire. Halfway between the smallest cathedral city in the realm and the site of the last invasion of Britain by their Gallic neighbours is the idyll of Sir Benfro. Once in Trevine or Trefin, there is a long bumpy lane with no tarmac. Watch that sat nav go into the blue, and you too can be Ar y Mwny.
Make your camp nestled on a gentle hillside, with panoramic views of the sea and countryside. Located just about as far away from any roads as its possible to get in this part of Pembrokeshire, yet still only a short walk to the coast via footpaths.
Being situated amongst several hundred acres of farmland, we not only have inspirational views but also the blessing of unobstructed sunrises and sunsets, followed by a wide open starscape.
Its possible to take the wildlife for granted, but across the seasons we can delight in the bird flocks, and casually greet the resident buzzards and foxes and the family of Jac y Do that have raised their young here over several decades. And now, the little birds are managing to flourish too. We live here in harmony, and are thankful for the space. Forget that clock.
For each pitch there is:
Drinking Water Taps
Stone Firepit with Old Field Stones to rebuild your own if required.
Good firewood available to buy by the basket.
Toilets and Showers, currently consisting of:
A main toilet block with three toilets with wash basins - each in family-sized rooms.
A Ty Bach Toilet Cubicle (water flushing, not chemical).
A main shower block with a hot shower and toilet - our own Blue Lagoon cabin.
A hot power shower and toilet enclosure.
Also available are:
A utility room for hot washing up, and a wash and dry laundry option.
Fridge / Freezers for ice packs and anything else you might wish to keep cool. A microwave, and phone charging lockers.
Recycling Centre with Bins for rubbish and Recycling Boxes that get Emptied
Toilet Cassette Emptying and rinsing Facility if you need
Electrical Appliances ( phones, lanterns, batteries etc ) may be Charged for Free.

We loved our stay at Aldridge Mill! It was so peaceful and lots of lovely walking spots near by :)

What a beautiful place to camp. This was my first time camping and we picked such a lovely place to experience it for the first time. Mark was very welcoming and really helpful. We had a few choices of where we could pitch our tent which was nice. We were very lucky with the weather as well. Beautiful views for a sunset & sunrise.
We enjoyed waking up to peace & quiet (minus the farm animals which we were quite content with ☺️)
There is a shower room & toilet which is ideal after a days hiking! We would recommend Marks farm to friends & family and would camp there again.

We had a fantastic stay. John the campsite owner was incredibly helpful, recommending local highlights and even put us up in one of the yurts when the weather turned. A real highlight is the viewpoint from the rock across the lighthouse and ocean. Highly recommend this site.

Very friendly host, lots of space and privacy. Lots of animals too and great location for exploring west of wales including new quay.
Would recommend for anyone wanting to wildcamp but wants certain amenities (shower, toilet and water) on hand.

The campsite is amazing. Stunning views, each pitch feels really private, a rock you can climb to see even better views, and everything you could need. John is super helpful and a great host for the campsite!
The location is also great for exploring loads of Pembrokeshire.

Absolutely loved Norman’s campsite. All the pitches were individual and generously spaced out. Lots of privacy. The facilities were great too. Perfect location for endless coastal path walks. Have recommended it to so many friends already.

This place is great! Birds by day and bats dipping overhead at night. A beautiful campsite with lovely pitches and a sense of privacy amongst the various trees and shrubs, kitchen facilities also really useful, and the best woodpile I’ve ever seen. A short walk away from the local pub, and really close to the coastal path…..oh and Norman is top value, had me laughing my head off within the first 2 mins of chatting

We had a two night stay at Hillfort camping - it was amazing! We pitched our van at the top of the site and had the most incredible 360 views over rolling fields and the sea. Saw the sun rise and set, just beautiful. And so peaceful.
John was super friendly and offered to get us any supplies we needed from the shop :)
Facilities basic but that was exactly what we were after so perfect for us.
All in all, a wonderful site that we are hoping to revisit. Highly recommend!
