Meadow Lake Glamping is based on a working farm that has embraced traditional farming methods for over 200 years. Our location is a big WOW factor with our five yurts in secluded, tranquil settings around the grounds of Limes Farm. The two small medieval lakes attract lovely bird life including swans, herons and ducks and the orchard is a lovely walk. There's an on-site restaurant serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, dinner and bar. There is also a village pub and well appointed playground only a few minutes walk away. There are loads of things to see and do in the area along with the historic cities/towns of Oxford; Stratford Upon Avon ;Leamington Spa; Warwick and Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace. We have additional options to make your stay even more enjoyable, including hot tub, pizza oven, cinema package and stargazing.

One negative not related to the site would be the local church. Church bells ringing all through the night was not ideal.

Great little site right on the river — I’ve been coming for years and have always loved how close it is to the pub next door.
I’m aware the site has changed ownership in the last few months, and this could be the start of something really good. That said, a few bits of feedback: the toilets, showers, bins and elsan point, while clean, aren’t at the standard you’d expect for the current price. Last year I was paying £20 per night, so a 75% increase alongside a reduction in services is disappointing. There used to be a shop on-site, and things like logs and firepits were available, which made the stay feel better value.
Although I’m not overly impressed at the moment, I will still be returning multiple times this year, just as I have every year. I’m hopeful that with a bit of attention to the facilities-to-cost ratio, the site can get back to being the great spot it’s always been.

Great views with fantastic walks. Great beer in ye old swan inn. Easy check in. Very close to next vans/tents. Toilets/ showers need updating . No washing up station apart from a sink with cold water. But a great 2 night stay and close to home.

Weekend Trip to Swan Island Glamping and Camping
We stayed in the Swan and Mallard Pods and the accommodation was perfect in a beautiful setting. They were super cosy with electricity, an en-suite and plenty of utensils. There is Ye Olde Swan nearby, which has just recently reopened and is ideal for pub grub and a drink. Adenira welcomed us and was so helpful and friendly.. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a setting on the banks of the River Thames.

2 nights at Podtastic @ Nelsons Wharf
Had an absolutely wonderful time at the pods. Its supplied with everything you need so no need to pack anything!! Other than food. We are a barbecue lover and these pods already was packed with everything you need so was brilliant. Everyone was supper friendly as we were approached by Izzie and tom on arrival with a smile. The place is beautiful and has amazing views, very quiet and private. It’s very safe as the place has sensors so they are aware of who leaves and enters. Will absolutely visit again in the future!!

Great spot with great walks next to the river! We had a great time and would definitely go back! The pub was also great and allowed us to meet more of the other campers! They also rent out paddle boards and kayaks for trips up the river. However some improvements could be done to the facilities on the camp site. The sink for washing dishes is very low and only has cold water, the sink could also do with a clean. The showers also are quite tight, only have one temperature and make it impossible to not get your hair wet.
