Fabulous 3-field site, fantastically located and very quiet after the August Bank Holiday. Cleanest showers, toilets and guest hut with very friendly and helpful hosts. I'd say more, but it's supposed to be a secret.

What a wonderful find. Relatively close for a camping site to lots of local amenities and all of the wonderful opportunities that Croyde, Saunton and Wollacombe offer for jut getting out there and calling. The campsite is well maintained and good value. Steve is so knowledgeable and informative and will guide you through what to do and see.

I was greatly impressed by this wonderful camping field which stretches high up to give the most stunning views.
The facilities were lovely and clean and great hot water for the showers and the washing up area.
I walked down to Saunton Sands then round back to Braunton and to the campsite! Great adventure. Richard was very friendly and came around in the day.
I will definitely be back as great location

Richard is such a nice guy and goes out of his way to help, including helping us with our electric hook up. The site has really lovely views and was very peaceful. We had a really great, relaxed visit. Close to dog beaches and bouldering at Helman’s Tor. We also really enjoyed the eggs! Definitely recommend if you want peace and quiet with a view

What an incredible stay at this working farm campsite in North Devon! From the moment we arrived, Nick made us feel completely welcome with her warm, relaxed approach. She strikes the perfect balance - always visible and ready to help with anything you need, while having thoughtfully designed the campsite so that most of your needs are already taken care of without having to ask.
The practical touches really stood out: the double-space fridge was brilliant for longer stays, and the honesty box system for the washer and dryer worked seamlessly. The shower block deserves special mention - spacious enough for whole families, spotlessly clean, and with excellent water pressure and hot water. Perfect for families with children.
What makes this place truly magical is being on a genuine working farm. The animals are integrated naturally into the campsite environment, and there's a wonderful freedom to wander around and observe them respectfully. No overly officious rules - just common sense and respect for the animals and farm life. The views across the Devon countryside are absolutely stunning.
Nick herself was exceptional throughout our stay - her genuine care for guests and attention to detail really shows. We're already planning our return visit!
Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic farm experience with excellent facilities and the warmest of welcomes.

Great camping site. Facilities, while basic, were kept very clean. Lots of space from other campers and tucked down a secluded lane in beautiful Cornwall. The dozen eggs that were delivered when we checked in was great too! I’d recommend. Check out The Crown pub close by for a delicious meal.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Camping Field and will definitely be back! Richard is a very friendly host who is happy to give recommendations and lent me some tools when I needed them! The loos and shower are super clean and pleasant to use. I definitely would recommend this campsite!
