We arrived on a Sunday, the very last day of Summer hols for most people and there was absolutely no other campers. As it was only myself and my son, we thought it might be disappointing with no life...but it was great. Sheenagh and Wayne, who run the farm were super friendly and gave me loads of info. The cafe opened every morning, and locals came by and it all came to life, plus we had great coffee and a lovely breakfast. One of the locals, I think his name was Nick, was practicing herding sheep with his dog and told us all about it, which was really interesting. Lastly, the showers, in an old horse box, were fantastic, just what you need at the end of the day. All in all, a great stay and highly recommend.

Bill and Helen are so lovely and accommodating. A very ebullient and energetic couple. They rallied all the campers together on our last night to play volleyball as the site was closing for the season the next day. There’s a volleyball and badminton net in the middle of the field with rackets etc supplied if you just want a fun knock up. There pitch sizes are great are really generously spaced out. Loved the llamas and the fresh hen eggs that Helen left out for grabs one morning.! Couldn’t fault this place. We will be back.

We had a lovely time camping at Knowler Farm. Lots of space and friendly owners. The coffee shop is great too. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the campsite! It had Basic amenities like compost toilet, hot shower, drinking water tap and the bonus was a lovely cafe.
We stayed for 2 nights but mostly had activities booked around Folkestone harbour which is only 15 min by car.

A wonderful small site with all the facilities you need. Bill made us feel truly welcome. A short walk from the site into the woods and to the river, perfect for the dog to cool off and swim. Some evening noise from Sandy Balls but as explained in the site description. It was handy having those site facilities right next door. We’d definitely return.

It was great. The facilities are really good and the owners are friendly. I would stay again but not on pitch 2 as it's on a hill and our bed was a bit lopsided! The toilets should also just be unisex as I used the men's when it was free and got tutted at even though there was a queue for the women and no men when I went in and the toilets were just toilets not anything like a urinal or like a load of toilets. Just single toilets both exactly the same. Anyway, that's just a detail and overall we had a brilliant time thank you!

Lovely site, very friendly will great owners.
We stayed for 10 nights and had a great time.
If you want a very quite site this my not be for you as you get quite a bit of noise from the nearby Sandyballs site.

Helen and Bill are the best! Easy to check in and set up a great location the site is lovely.
Great for children and adults alike friendly and hospitable can't recommend enough.

Took my two boys camping for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. One night were were the only ones there so really relaxing
Cafe serves great coffee and kids love the fruit ice lollys
Will definitely return.

We had amazing stay at the campsite of Bill and Helen. Everything was very clean, spacious pitches and very lovely hosts. The campsite was very close to the entrance of The New Forest, which was easy to visit from the campsite.
Our kids had a good time with the alpacas, the playground and just being able to run around.

Wayne’s campsite is brilliant. Everyone was so kind & nice. It’s is in lovely countryside and all the facilities are there. We went with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed the weekend immensely.

A brilliant small camp site for families with generous pitches, a games area in the middle and a young childrens play area with slide
The owner is very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Children are encouraged to help feed the chickens each morning.
The guests at the site were welcoming, many being return campers who had used campsite for years.
A lucky find for us as there are plenty of easy walks in all directions from the campsite. A short walk to the nearest inn for food and a drink.
