Tucked away in a secluded pocket of countryside, Nordic Glamping offers an off-grid retreat designed for those who seek peace, privacy and a gentler pace of life.
Our four beautifully handcrafted yurts sit within five acres of unspoilt organic hay meadow—surrounded by ancient woodland, thick hedgerows, a bubbling stream, a weather-led newt pond and charming little bridges. There is a lot to explore!
This untouched, undulating landscape is home to thoughtfully designed, eco-friendly facilities: soft composting toilets, hot showers, fresh running water, and a covered kitchen and dining area. Shaded spaces for gathering or unwinding allow you to connect with nature in comfort.
Each yurt is carefully dressed with organic cotton or linen bedding atop handcrafted wooden beds—combining rustic charm with deep rest and relaxation.
Everything here is off-grid and in rhythm with the land… although a reliable 4G signal is on hand for those absolutely necessary connections ;-)
Nordic Glamping shares Botswicky Copse with award-winning organic farmer Helen Browning. Together, we’re committed to working with the land—not against it—ensuring its vitality for generations to come.

To stay with us, we kindly ask that one person per booking is, or becomes, a member. A seasonal membership is just £12 and supports our shared vision of responsible travel and eco-conscious living.

Meadow Lake Glamping is based on a working farm that has embraced traditional farming methods for over 200 years. Our location is a big WOW factor with our five yurts in secluded, tranquil settings around the grounds of Limes Farm. The two small medieval lakes attract lovely bird life including swans, herons and ducks and the orchard is a lovely walk. There's an on-site restaurant serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, dinner and bar. There is also a village pub and well appointed playground only a few minutes walk away. There are loads of things to see and do in the area along with the historic cities/towns of Oxford; Stratford Upon Avon ;Leamington Spa; Warwick and Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace. Weekend Trip to Nordic Glamping at Botswicky
The Yurt was lovely and well setup. Loved the lights and fire place inside to warm it up when it got cold in the evening. The site had chairs and a fire pit setup with wood available to buy which was great as we didn’t have to try and find some before arriving. Would really recommend!

We absolutly would recommend a stay in the Yurt, it had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location is ideal for a quiet, reflective break in nature. Listening to the owls and nightjars calls from the woods of an evening was a particular highlight. If you need a detox from the hectic world to relax and restore its the perfect space to do so.
The salad, steak and cheese hamper was amazing value, and the coffee and pancake stuff provided made us feel so welcome.

We loved the glamping experiance yurt was nice and cosy and had everything we needed inside from pots and pans glasses to camp stove and kettle . Hot tub was fantastic stayed warm for hours. Farm animals are loverly and we enjoyed feeding them. Farm dog alfie is the cutest little dog ever. Christian is a fantastic host and we felt very relaxed. X

We had a wonderful family weekend in Little Owl. The yurt was very comfortable and there was everything we could need nearby in the kitchen and toilet/shower block. We all enjoyed exploring the woods then relaxing in the hammock and roasting marshmallows over a campfire. We had two great day trips, canoeing on the Wye and hiring bikes in the Forest of Dean. Such a beautiful area, would definitely recommend!

We had a great few days at Heart of the Wye. Ann and Sam are fantastic hosts, from greeting us with a glass of prosecco and giving us a tour to being around if we needed anything. Toilet, showers and the well equipped kitchen were spotless. Our yurt was really comfortable, we used the bbq for breakfast and evening meals and had a fire both nights. We left feeling super relaxed and happy we had found a lovely place to return to. Thank you Jackie and Al. X

Absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for more from Emma and Vidar (hosts) or the accommodation we stayed in (Hazel). Beautiful, clean and tidy site. Equally as pristine sleeping, cooking and toilet/shower facilities too. We stayed one night but will be back for more.

Absolutely beautiful and special site. Especially amazing if you have animal loving kids like us!
Excellent yurts, really cosy and had everything we needed. Chris was the perfect host, welcoming but also left us to have a relaxing weekend.
Hot tub was great and so was the friendly animals! The red lion pub and chestnut tree cafe were great highlights.
Already planning on returning and hiring both yurts!

Weekend Trip to Heart Of The Wye
A perfect last minute weekend away, after a longer than expected drive due to traffic we was welcomed with a glass of fizz & gorgeous hospitality! A full tour of the site & yurt, with all the things you could possibly need for the weekend, they really have thought of everything like wool blankets for sitting around the fire, umbrella, lanterns & fresh coffee! Lovely hot outdoor showers & modern communal kitchen again with everything you need so no need to over pack! Close to hay on wye (approx 10min drive). Overall a really enjoyable and relaxing weekend away, thank you ☺️
