A true escape in the wild, our secluded Orchard Wagon is nestled in the corner of the apple orchard. Close to delightful beaches at Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold, and a walk to the local pub. Perfect for those that want to get back to basics in nature, the wagon comfortably sleeps 2 people and includes a private bathroom, washing and kitchen cabin.
The Orchard Wagon has a double bed (1.5m x 2m) with a smart little wood-burning stove to keep you toasty as you watch the stunning Suffolk sunsets. White Egyptian cotton sheets and towels provided.
Cooking couldn’t be easier with the well-equipped cooking cabin next door or the barbeque on the stone terrace in front. Fire up the Chiminea to keep you warm as you eat al fresco.
Take the stepping stone path up behind the wagon to find the washing shed with three separate rooms for washing up, showering, and the composting loo.
Plenty of hot water and for those who like communing with nature try showering with the door open - it’s a lovely experience and what a view.

This has got to be one of the best campsites ever. The facilities are incredible, surrounded by trees, walkable distance to a brewery, cafe and broad and never too busy even when fully booked. I'm actually hesitant to write this review as I want to keep the secret to myself!

I don't normally post a review online but Fire and feast was exceptional, I'm even hesitant to share this review because I want to keep it to myself but that would be unfair to Judith, Fran, and Co. What an amazing camping experience from start to finish. Loads of room for each pitch, very laid back atmosphere, food is amazing, facilities are better than some hotels, there's even some lesser known activities a short drive a way. You will not be upset after a weekend here. I will be booking again!

We loved the campsite and can’t wait to come again. The pitch is very private but still has a communal feel to it. The barn has great bathroom facilities, fridge and freezer for storing food and Judith and the team are very responsive to any questions or things you might need. A beautiful campsite!

Great stay! The friendly team made me really welcome - enjoyed their knowledge of local history, maps, farming and of course their vision and commitment to raising sustainable food and contributing to the local food culture. And the facilities were great! I think the showers alone would even persuade my camping sceptic husband to join me another time! Highly recommended.

Weekend Trip to The Orchard Wagon
The lovely wagon by the apple trees farm. Bed room, toilet, shower, everywhere is clean, tidy, and organised.
Very quiet, no one distracted us.
Lots of starts in the night, wake up with sun rise.. ....
Everything was super perfect!!
Caroline, the host was generouse and kind , too.
We defnitly get back the wagon again!

We stayed in the absolutely gorgeous Flint Treehouse. My almost two year old had the time of her life. We only stayed three days but I feel like I've had a two week retreat. Heaven. Thank you.

we loved camping here, the place is quiet and there is everything you need. Toilets were clean, there is a small shop where you can buy snacks. You can charge your phone for a small fee, and Linda is very helpful is sharing information and suggestions on things to do in the area. We had a great time and the children loved playing football in the field and building a den in the forest.
