We are an Adults Only campsite set in more than eight hectares of gorgeous, out-of-the-way Charente countryside five minutes’ drive from the sleepy village of Saulgond. In fact it’s so peaceful here that you’ll probably never want to leave. The rippling waterfall and lush green land offers the peace and rest that we crave. Walk around the lake and follow all the woodland trails about the place. Biking trails are for exploring (walking maps are available ), as well as legions of historic towns waiting to be explored, or you can simply relax and chill around the pool area. All your catering needs are sorted, what with the on-site restaurant offering tip-top homemade food and weekly pizza nights. Going down the self-catering route? You’re covered there too, with all the basics available from the on-site shop. In case you need a bigger stock up, the nearest supermarkets are found in Confolens (15 minutes’ drive).
