We stayed there for the last 3 days and had a very nice time. I think our RV was a bit too big for the space - we are 43’ long and 13.5’ tall- the main issue was the height. We had some problems getting into the space because of a tree that the owners so kindly trimmed the next day so it would be easier to get out. The space we parked in was plenty big, there is just some careful positioning you have to get in to turn into. We had a fun time with the goats and the other farm animals and we did some little day hikes around the area. Len and Kimberly were super helpful and very friendly!

Carbonado Ranch RV
We had a weekend getaway at Carbonado Ranch RV and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location in Orting was peaceful and scenic, offering a nice escape from the city. The check-in process was smooth, with a friendly meet-and-greet from the host Kimberly upon arrival, which made us feel welcome right away.
The site was spacious enough for our group, including two kids and a pet, and it was great to have the flexibility to bring our furry friend along. The surroundings were quiet, and we appreciated the natural beauty of the area—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time outdoors.

Carbonado Ranch RV
We needed a quick overnight stay after a couple weeks of camping and were grateful that Len and Kimberly could accommodate us. We met Kimberly, who was lovely and kind and showed us around the RV and area surrounding the campsite. My son loved being able to pet the friendly goats and the outdoor space has lots of room to run around. There were really nice amenities in the RV like a good TV and sound bar, a little propane fireplace, and cold AC. I was disappointed to find that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there was trash still in the garbage can from someone else, and hay and dirt on the floors in the bathroom and kitchen. I offered my feedback directly to Len and he indicated it was unusual, and based on other reviews I'm guessing it's typically very clean. The couch was really comfy but the beds were not and when I suggested that an extra pad on one of the beds could help guests in the future, Len explained RV mattresses are typically not super comfortable. We had been sleeping on backpacking sleeping pads in a tent for the last couple weeks as we traveled cross country so we don't need luxury, but I think my expectations may have been too high because of the cost we were paying and previous experience with minimal lodging stays. I think the other benefits of the property and as a homebase for the surrounding area (so many wonderful trails and beautiful scenery!) would make this stay worth it for others, it just wasn't a good fit for us this time.

What a cool spot. Len is a great guy who obviously cares about the people he’s renting to. The power went out just as we were arriving. He met us at the camper as we arrived and was quick with solutions. He brought us propane and had a back up generator for cases just like this. We ended up not needing it as the power came back on pretty quickly while we were out to eat. That kind of initiative is hard to find these days but he was there when it counted.
The camper was great too it rained hard the first night we there but we were snug as a bug. The animals were fun as we woke up to the chickens just hanging out in the yard in the morning. Pigs, goats, chickens; it was great! We would definitely book again. Hey maybe for next year’s baseball tournament?

It was very quiet and Len helped me with loading and unloading my heavy generator even though I didn't need it but my wife and I went to Seattle to see the city and I didn't want it to dissappear like my other one did so I give Len and his wife 2 thumbs up

We had such an amazing stay here. The area is beautiful and the RV was in excellent condition. The camper was equipped with pretty much everything you could think of to be comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, and a short drive to town, rivers, lakes and hiking trails. Even the drive from the main road to the driveway was stunning, we passed deer each time we passed, and saw bald eagle in a branch that was only a few feet away. I can't recommend this site enough, it was the perfect weekend getaway, my only complaint is that we didn't stay an extra few nights.

This was a great place for my family to stay, We ended staying for awhile. The views were nice and the animals were friendly. The game room was a good place for the kids to get away from us and enjoy some free time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to relax and get away from it all. It is also close to plenty of hiking.
The hosts (Len and Kimberly) were helpful but gave us our space & privacy, they are super nice and friendly.

Len & Kimberly were friendly and accessible. The RV was well-kept and equipped with all the modern conveniences and comforts. Me and my friends enjoyed the picturesque views of the surrounding nature, along with the interesting farm animals wandering nearby. There were cute towns, amenities and lovely hikes all within a short driving distance. We would happily stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Upper Game room RV site. Len & Kim were awesome; helpful, responsive & great with advice of things to do in the area. Their ranch land location is absolutely beautiful, quiet & so peaceful. You are greeted by the goat’s & potbelly pigs. It truly takes you away from it all & slows your life down for the duration of your stay. A fantastic place to relax & recharge! We’d definitely stay there again! In a practical sense; flat gravel pads for the trailer/RV, all of the hook ups & septic drain were well placed & easily accessible. Great experience!

This was our first HipCamp stay and it was great! The location of the site was centrally located for the plans we had in Olympia, Mowich Lake area and Snoqualmie. Len & Kimberley were responsive and helpful when we had questions or asked for recommendations. We appreciated the full service site in a quiet setting. So much nicer than a crowded RV park! Their animals were cute and fun to watch. We’d definitely recommend this site.
