Great overnight spot!

We had a great overnight stay at Kathy's place! I contacted her really last minute and she was so understanding and thorough with directions. There was a big spot to park and a water spigot with delicious water. We were totally self sufficient so it was a perfect location close to the freeway but still really quiet. We made coffee and went and said hi to all the animals. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kathy’s place was fantastic! I was passing through pretty last minute with my camper van and she was very responsive and so helpful. Easy to find, great directions, water spigot and portable bathroom available. I loved waking up to the horses on her ranch and great views. Very easy stay and I’m sure I’ll be back!

Great RV spot for a night or two

Beautiful horse ranch property and incredible Mountain views. Loved waking up here in the morning and walking around with my daughters petting the horses and seeing the goats, etc. less than 30 min to snow basin too so def will be staying here again.

Definitely think this site would be better in the summer and fall season. Was very wet and muddy. Not to big of a deal for me. Instructions on parking were hard to understand given I don’t ride horses and everything had snow on it so it all looked the same. Not to sure how to tell what the sand arena is to figure out how to go past it. Could’ve used some signs. Didn’t see anyone to ask for help. Definitely a safe and secure spot to stay the night but probably not worth the price given I’m staying at a place with a pool and showers tonight for $30. The toilet was a porta potty that was probably 400 yards away. Which wasn’t fun in the rain. Host never answered my questions I had from earlier this week.

We loved our time there. Very quiet and enough away from town that is peaceful. If you're there for the 4th of July you'll be amazed by all of the fireworks that are visible. Would recommend.

Not what we expected.

Having used Hipcamp before, for the same price, this place is not on my favorites list. To start, the host is not there to great you. Second, the pictures on hipcamp show only the good side of the farm. What you get for you 30$ is the right to park. Other hipcamp we used, for the same money, you had a sun shelter, picnic table, fire pit and acces to garbage disposal. That is not present at this location. It really has nothing to do with the host since he his subleasing spots to others people to board their animals. We had site #2, 30 feet from us we had two roosters and 120 feet from us is the farm manure pile. (odors and flies abundant) you can see on the photos what we had in our living space.

This was a great stop along our route. Easy to find, parking instructions we clear and easy to follow. It was peaceful, with an amazing view. The horses and goats were a great addictions. Some beautiful horses in the facility.

The farm hand working the ranch was nice and helpful. This location is as the ad says, really it is a place to park and sleep for the night. It’s a working ranch so there are farm animals like a rooster who is an alarm clock at ability AM. It was as I expected so we were satisfied.

Never saw the host during our 2 night stay. We were assigned site #3 when we made the reservation but never found it. Water is available though not necessarily potable. If you can, find a spot towards the rear of the property. Beautiful views, friendly horses, naughty visiting goats from neighboring property.

Peaceful and sooo quiet.
It's no frills. We parked be a horse corral, but it was level and did not have to unhitch our 22' TT. There was potable water and if you need, a porta potty. Cute goats 🐐 with free range of the place, baby horse (days old😍) , and chickens next door. You would never know that I-15 was only 1.5 miles away. We will keep this one on our list. Thank you Matt.

Awesome views of the mountains delivered! Great spot, super close to the highway. Through no fault of the host, tons of mosquitos right now. Come prepared with a screened set up or bug spray! Also, tons of horses so definitely fido has to be on leash the whole time. Beautiful, convenient, as promised.

Peaceful and quiet place to sleep

We enjoyed staying at this property for one night. Beautiful, snowy peaks around us, some horsey friends and a peaceful night of sleep. It was an easy in and easy out of this ranch, even with our huge setup. I would recommend this place if you want to be near Salt Lake City, or on your way elsewhere.

Easy to find great location off of the highway. Loved being surrounded by horses and even a friendly donkey. Water was frozen and couldn’t find the toilet but if your self contained it’s no problem. Would stay again!

Can't begin to explain how beautiful it is here! Tall mountains surrounding a lush green valley filled with horses! Directions were precise and easy to follow and the RV area is easily navigatable.

Perfect place for a quiet stopover on my way to Zion. No interaction with the host, just pull into the designated area near horse stables. Quiet, scenic, and private (I was the only one there anyway).
