Jessica shared the instruction well in advance,
When we arrived, Jessica greeted us and gave us a tour of the property. She is super kind and hospitable❤️
The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The tent is warm and cozy, she actually gave us a heated blanket it was nearly freezing that evening
She also told me that I can ring her up anytime if we need anything. So sweet of her 🤩
The place is very romantic and we loved it!

We had such a wonderful stay at Shiloh Barn! Jess and Mark were amazing hosts — super kind, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.
The glamping tent was clean, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need — utensils, washroom, tissues, even little touches that made it feel really comfortable. The barn loft upstairs with the string lights was adorable and such a nice place to unwind.
We had a great time barbecuing, sitting by the fire pit, and stargazing late into the night. It was peaceful, romantic, and such a refreshing break from city life.
Thank you, Jess and Mark, for sharing your beautiful place with us and making our stay so special. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

My bf and I loved our stay at Shiloh barn! Jessica and her husband were amazing hosts. The tent was cute and very comfy and the small outdoor kitchen area had everything we needed. It is a great location and close to so many hiking trails like Crawford lake and rattlesnake point. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second attempt to camp at Shiloh Barn. We needed to cancel our previous booking due to a family matter. Jessica was 100% helpful during the cancelation and rebooking process with me.
Thankfully, we rebooked for this weekend. The weather was amazing.
The property is beautiful. Well taken care of. Lots of amenities and nice touches for glamping so there isn't too much that you need to pack.
The glamping area with the barn and large tent is at the back of the property. Very spacious area that you have all to yourself. Clean, well tended too, and extremely private.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return.
Thanks for being great hosts. Our only suggestion would be a picnic table, but we adapted by carrying out the small table at the barn to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Amazing! Jessica what a host! Everything you need for a wonderful evening. We didn’t spend the night however had such a memorable time for my son’s birthday. The barn is amazing and what a place to play. Jessica thank you for coming and helping my un camping like personality light the fire! Rookie at all this stuff and you were absolutely wonderful. Look no further as this is your place! No other glamping place comes equipped with a well decorated barn!

A beautiful space to rest and unplug. It had everything we needed and well thought out. The area is so peaceful and quiet. Staying in fall which made for a cooler night. The heated blanket made it perfect! So yes, I would recommend this glamping space to anyone and wish them only the greatest success!

This was a great experience for us and our 2 month old! Our first family camping trip was made much easier by the stocked kitchen, bbq, and a real bed - and the space feels very private. It was certainly cold at night this time of year but lots of blankets available and also made for way less bugs than we were expecting. We went hiking at Starkey Hill close by (free) which is a spot we know and love. Our host was very helpful and responsive and this trip made me feel so grateful people like Jess and Mark share their beautiful and well maintained property with others. I would consider a longer stay in future if there was a shower or a good lake for swimming nearby (not exactly something they can account for, Guelph lake is around but we don’t love swimming in it) but this was perfect for a couple of nights away from all the screens. And new scenery for our baby to cry in LOL. Thanks!

Wonderful stay! Cute personal touches and all the things you need for relaxing camping. The barn atmosphere is better than the photos and the entire area is private and quiet. Jessica is also super responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here. Jess was wonderful to communicate with and greeted us right when we arrived, ensuring we had all we needed for our stay.
Glamping here meant we could to take the work out of camping and have a romantic stay. The barn is a really wonderful location to take some rustic photos or just unwind.

Shiloh Barn is wonderful and Jessica took hosting to a new level! My boyfriend and I booked a last minute getaway and were looking for a private outdoor space with all the camping feels and outdoor experience. And Shiloh Barn was just that.
We really only needed to pack clothes and food.
The site is equipped with everything from a coffee maker, toaster, bbq, fire pit, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Drinking water and a mini fridge is provided. We kept our food cold in the fridge and drinks in our cooler.
The only kitchen type thing we needed from our own packed items was tin foil.
Bring your bug spray, as it is the great canadian outdoors lol!
There is a kitchen sink with hot water so i was able to wash my hair.
Jessica recommended a few places we could bring our canoe and they did not disappoint. She also so kindly lent us her parks pass so we didn't have to pay for our visit.
We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you for a wonderful last minute getaway!

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Shilo's Barn. Jess was warm and welcoming and always responsive to any queries beforehand and during our stay. It was obvious that every little detail had been considered, including fresh flowers in our room. It was truly a magical experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mini getaway.

I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé) here at Siloh Barn and it was absolutely perfect. The upstairs rooftop barn is very romantic, that’s where I did it. The host Jessica was an absolute delight to talk to and helped everywhere she could to help make the proposal, and our overall stay, very comfortable. The yurt tent is very cozy and roomy and the queen sized bed was very comfy. I would honestly recommend this place to everyone, whether you’re proposing or just want a a serene, country get away.

Honestly, thanks for such a warm welcome. It was such a treat to go camping without all the hassle of camping. We loved the tent, barn and all of our space and silence.
As much as camping at a provincial park is enjoyable, after staying here you realize it’s overrated and actually… Having your own space (that you don’t have to setup or take down) with complete privacy, amenities ++ (that you don’t have to share with anyone) and the convenience of being 10 mins away from a major city just rocks!!!

You know when you arrive somewhere and say " this is so perfect! " That is how we felt about Shiloh Barn. It is especially lovely for a romantic stay. Dance together in the beautifully lit loft, curl up around a comfy fire or snuggle up in the roomy, yet cozy tent! All very, very private! A bonus is a covered kitchenette space under the barn with a table set to eat, prep meals or play games. We have given it 5 stars and will be returning as soon as possible. We loved staying at Shiloh Barn. Jess was a great host and greeted us to show us around the barn. Very private and cozy tent as well. It was a sweet little getaway and I hope to be back soon! If you go in October, remember to pack warm clothes at night because it gets fairly chilly, but not anything unbearable. It was a wonderful stay 🥰10/10!!

We absolutely loved staying here! My partner and I were visiting Guelph for a family emergency and this was exactly what we needed to decompress and enjoy some quality time with one another. The fire pit, immaculate property, gorgeous barn area and sleeping tent was perfect. We got to enjoy a fire looking at the stars. It was a bit chilly at night but Jess was the best host. She provided a heated blanket and plenty of other blankets. Personally we loved experiencing this property in the fall crisp weather. The host Jess was so personable, responsive and thoughtful. We will be telling all our friends in Guelph to visit.

I absolutely loved the peace, tranquillity and privacy of Jessica’s property. The chickens were well behaved and fenced in. The fresh eggs from the chickens were delicious and just knowing they are free run, healthy chickens made us feel better. We will definitely be going back for another visit next year👍

The unassuming driveway that you pull up through hides this beautiful gem of an oasis for you and your Belle or Beau. The tent is nestled into a private little corner between a dedicated barn with a loft(decorated to spark that magical feeling of your first dance or to remind you of the simpler times where one another’s presence was everything), and a meadow of wildflowers! In the cut grass of the lawn is a large fire bowl(I recommend a cast iron griddle for breakfast) and in the nearest side of the barn on the ground floor is a tiny kitchen, with all you could need to make your weekend complete.
But it’s the bell tent, that provides impossibly even light during the day that would convince you that you were in Eden itself, and at night, the twinkle of the tiny lights that trim the surroundings or the tent above, make talking for hours laying in bed, a highlight in its own right.
Save yourself the monotony of another hotel booking, and check into this secret getaway, ASAP. Luxury in the camping world, and mesmerizing. Truly this is one retreat your loved one will never forget.
