Everything about this place was perfect for us! It was easy to find, private and clean.
Our site was right on the water with a fire pit and a picnic table. The outhouse was impeccably cleaned and close to our site. We had access to kayaks and a canoe however, we didn't end up having time to use them.
Hayley was extremely responsive and friendly.
We definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Loved the campsite! Haylee was super clear about everything leading up to the camping trip and never hesitated to respond to questions. The site was clean and well setup for us to have a great time with watercrafts available and a beautiful waterfront spot to launch from and hang out at. Would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay on site 3! The site has excellent water access for paddling, fishing and swimming. Restroom was clean and a very short walk away. Communication was quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

We had site 3, with excellent access to the water and a site that was just the right size for two tents and a dining shelter, as well as two cars.
We had the place to ourselves, but we did meet the hosts and their family who ensured all was up to standard.
Portable toilet was serviced while we stayed, and was nice and clean.
Very convenient to have 3 kayaks, a canoe, with safety equipment, paddles, and PFDs available.
Site 3 had a sandy, mid-shin beach area that led to the lake which was a typical lake bottom. Water in the bay was a bit iron coloured. We enjoyed swimming and paddling around!

We stayed at Site 3 at Muskoka Wellness Retreat in Huntsville to celebrate a birthday with friends, and it was such a wonderful experience. The site had plenty of space for multiple tents and a dining tent, which made our stay super comfortable. We especially loved the easy access to the water — sandy bottom, great for swimming, and our dogs had an absolute blast splashing around.
The bathroom was clean, the bugs were manageable, and even though there was a fire ban, we didn’t feel like we missed out on anything. The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere made for a really relaxing and fun weekend.
Our host, Haylee, was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept campsite in Muskoka. We can’t wait to come back!

Camping right on the lake was awesome. Beautiful, calming view from the site (#2). #3 also has a great view (and the best water access of any of the four sites). The little solar-powered charger was nice to light up the tent whenever needed. All sites filled up for the weekend, so it was slightly noisier than we'd hoped but still nowhere near the noise of your typical campground. The other campers were respectful and friendly so it didn't become a major issue. Jet skis made their presence known most of the weekend, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, enjoy time away from the concrete and traffic, and get out on the water with the (included in your stay) canoe/kayaks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The privacy was perfect — there was no one else around, which is ideal for an introvert. The portable toilet for all four sites was clean, and during our stay a service truck came to clean it.
The cabin was spacious and clean, though it would have been nice to have a few hooks to hang clothes. The access to the water from our site was overgrown with vegetation, but from site #3 or the central area it was much easier to get to the shore.
A special thank you for the free kayaks — paddling on the water was absolutely beautiful.
We happened to visit during a fire ban, which was unfortunate— being surrounded by water, greenery, and marshland made it feel like the perfect place for a campfire. Instead, we replaced that experience with enjoying the peace, the quiet, and spotting deer.
For those who enjoy fishing — pike was biting, but the water is shallow and there’s a lot of vegetation, which made fishing a bit frustrating as the lure kept getting tangled.
Overall, we are grateful for the experience and would definitely come back again.

Muskoka Wellness Retreat site 3 was amazing! Cozy, private and perfect little waterfront. The water was crystal clear with a solid sand base. It was like we had the bay all to ourselves. All 4 sites are great, but 3 is the best. Accommodated our camper with annex and truck with plenty of space for a fire and chairs at the water. Can’t say enough about this hidden gem. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Site 3 was exactly what we were hoping for—private, with direct water access.
Even with a total fire ban in place, it didn’t affect our experience at all. We simply planned our meals accordingly to stay within regulations.
While the site itself is private, the lake is not. There was some boat traffic during the day, likely due to buoys set up for water skiing. Early mornings and late evenings were much quieter, which is to be expected on a larger, more populated lake. It didn’t stop us from enjoying swims or taking our canoe out on the water.
An outhouse located between Site 3 and the group camping area was very convenient. When we first arrived, it was a bit dirty, but another camper had contacted the owner and it was cleaned within the hour—such a quick and impressive response!
My only critique is more personal than anything. I was hoping for the complete serenity of a quiet retreat, and our first night certainly delivered that. However, things changed when a large group arrived at the group camping site, and the noise continued into the next morning, making it harder to sleep. Of course, that’s not the owner’s fault, and it wouldn’t stop me from booking again—though I’d hope for a quieter group next time.

Great location within 10 minutes of most site seeing stuff and stores we needed. Host was plesant and quick with resposnses to questions and corrections we brought. Great water access a two minute walk away. Site was a bit small for the price charged, after looking at
the other sites at same rate,but clean, quiet and convenient to town. We found it a bit overpriced but were happy overall.

We loved the canvas tent on Haylee’s land! It was a well maintained site and such amazing access to the water. The porta potty was also super clean and well maintained. We will definitely come for another stay

Great spot! Super fun for swimming, fishing, and watching the water skiers go by. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a campground. Would definitely come back!

This property is in a very tranquil location. We stayed on site 3 with walk out access to the water. Kayaking in the morning was ideal on the bay that the campsite is located on. Lots of bass and perch in the bay. You can swim off the campsite or the there is a sandbar area across the bay (need to paddle to it) that you can swim off of and play water games there. There is a public beach a 5 minute drive away. This was our first time staying at a private campground, we normally stay at provincial campgrounds. This was an excellent experience for us!! Screen tent recommended for the mosquitoes.

The campsite was great overall. Right on the water, super accessible. Was very sandy and easily swimmable. We brought our paddle boards but there were also water crafts available. Only 10 minutes from Huntsville, which is such a nice town. Only downsides were the bugs being really bad all evening and night (bring coils and thermacells!) and there is no shade. The portapotty was totally okay.

My wife and I spent 3 nights on site #3. This place is beyond expectations. We could launch our fishing kayaks right from the site. You can also walk right out on the sandy bottom for a swim, or to bathe. The lake is clean and photogenic. We spent hours on the kayaks fishing and just taking in the views. You can also take your chairs to the communal area where you can get even a better view. The fishing is awesome for pike and bass and you don't need a boat either. I caught a nice pike right from the rocks at the communal area. The portable toilet was very clean well supplied. The site is private with a nice size fire ring which I used charcoal to cook all our meals. We pre-ordered firewood which was more than we expected and very seasoned to burn. There is so much to say about this place and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much Haylee for sharing this gem.

This was our second time visiting, and we definitely have plans to return again! We love camping at this site because it has a great location to a town with everything you need, the property is on the lake which is amazing for swimming, and they even offer canoes and kayaks. I love the privacy and we also saw deer, bunnies, chipmunks, and fireflies. Great place to camp! Can’t wait to return again 😊

This is our second time visiting this camp site and both times we’ve extended our stay because it’s just that good! Perfectly private with lake access. Host is flexible and very accommodating! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Stay was great and property is beautiful!
We stayed at site 1 and it is only about a 30 second walk to lake access and porta potty!
I would say the best thing over all is the privacy between sites and lake access especially being pet friendly, my dog had a blast!
Overall a perfect quiet get away, I would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Haylee’s land campsite 4! Super spacious and easy access to lake. Such a beautiful lake view and lots to explore here in the nature.
We went on canoeing offered by Haylee, and fished in the Vernon Lake, got couple small mouths and a pike, it’s a Great Lake for anglers to explore.
We will definitely come back to Haylee’s land campsite 4 !
