Learn more about this land: This property is in Orchard Park. It is two acres, surrounded by trees and a fence on three sides, which provides good privacy. There is a large level area with 30a or 20a electrical available for small campers or very small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. This is site one. Alternatively, I have two great tent spaces (sites two and three) at the back of the property with more private areas to set up tents. There is a (shared) campfire stone pit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for $5.00 per armload.  Campers can take this from the firewood pile. Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking. The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium.  Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi). An indoor restroom is available at specific hours (typically 4pm-8:30 am)  or if arranged in advance outside those hours. No shower is available.

This beautiful tree-lined and private property is in Orchard Park on highway 20a, one minute from the 219 Orchard Park exit. We are 35 minutes from Niagara Falls and 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Lake Erie beaches are a short 15 minute drive. Highmark Stadium is .5mi away. I have a large paved parking area with 15a electrical available for small campers or small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. Alternatively, I have three great tent spaces on the property with private areas to set up tents. There is a campfire stonepit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for purchase.  There is a firewood pile near the garage. Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails and a large fishing pond. Check out the eternal flame! Green lake is also nearby with fishing and good places for paddle boarding. Parking for site 1 can be next to your tent. Cars cannot be parked adjacent to sites 2 or 3, but there is plenty of parking space closer to the house. There’s also a wheelbarrow to help you transport your gear where you need it. A bathroom is available at specific hours (typically 4pm-8:30 am)  or if arranged in advance outside those hours. No shower is available.

An Incredible Stay with David

Site 2 - Big Tree Camping
David is deeply sincere and real. As real as you can get. He is open-minded, curious, and has a warm heart. He truly cares about your needs. Orchard Park is a lovely little town, and when asked about local restaurants and other places to venture, he informed us of great places. This made our stay even richer and more memorable. We are also Bills fans and he shared some local lore which helped us learn more about the history of the area. We have 3 small chihuahuas and they loved to play ball in his spacious backyard. This is definitely a pet-friendly place to be. All in all, David could not have been a better host.

Everything was so easy here! The feel was that of backyard camping, with luxuries like bathroom, hammock, trash can. Sites were spacious, set well apart and screened, so we felt tucked away despite being super conveniently located to lots of fun things. David was a friendly host with great communication.

This property is just beautiful and in a great location too. Plus David was an awesome host. Site #1: it’s great if you want to be close to the bathroom but you will be able to see other campers that are on site #2. For us, it wasn’t ideal but we were happy that we could switch to site #3 which we loved. We could partially see the campers on site #2 but we felt it was a much more private site that site #1. Huge trees, flat surface for our tent etc.

Close to Buffalo and yet it feels like you’re in a woodland when you park at Site 2 behind the garage. It’s manicured but the host has made available a wisteria covered hammock shelter, a fire pit and wood, picnic table and more. We had planned to visit the Graycliff House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Martin family. It’s only 20 minutes’ drive from the Big Tree campsite. We also took in dinner and a movie at a nearby shopping center. David was helpful and communicated with us. We hope this site is available next summer when we pass through the area again.

Site 3 fire pit
We booked David's tent site last minute for the eclipse! We are very glad that we were able to find this place. David was helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. There were two other families staying in the two other tent sites but everything was far enough away for our stay to feel private.

David was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and friendly! His property was beautiful. My husband, nephew, dog and I stayed at Site 1 (which is closest to the house) - this was great for late night & early AM bathroom trips, but I would recommend staying at Site 2 out of all three! It is the perfect spot between the house and the fire pit. Then Site 3 was right next to the fire pit. Nonetheless, you cannot go wrong with any of these sites as you are able to roam the grounds and have fun! The swings and hammock were a huge plus - the kids were loving the swing!!! I highly recommend David’s place for beginner campers, family camping trips, and campers who want to be in nature but not far from civilization. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David’s spot was perfect! It was a lovely, spacious secluded area by a fire pit. The bathroom access was easy, and David was super friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Roof top tentable spot

We had a roof top tent on our car and we’re able to park and chill behind his garage. It was quiet and he met us briefly and loaned us some camp chairs. We were able to use the bathroom just inside his house 4pm- 830 am and had the option to make a fire in the back of the property. Beats a hotel room anytime! We were 10 min from Eternsl flame falls hike and had a great night! Thanks David!

Had such a lovely experience camping here while visiting Niagara Falls! Only 30 minute drive to the falls. The host was very kind and took the time to show us around the property and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area!

I really enjoyed my stay, though it was brief for one night as I was passing through and I had a late start for travel. David is an excellent host who provided great communication as I gave updates on my arrival time. Once there, David showed me around and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend staying at the campsite anytime you are in the area.

David is a great host. He has a lovely large yard, quite a surprise tucked in a neighborhood just a stone's throw from the Bills stadium. We really appreciated the bathroom he made available just inside his back door. The shared firepit is tucked at the back of the property and very nice. David also has firewood available for purchase. All in all a great location and a lovely spot to spend a night!

David’s place is beautiful! Right off the road you drive around his home to a HUGE backyard. It feels like it’s own forest in itself! We have a tent that connects to our car so we park just behind the garage, most other tents would probably set up near the fire pit in the very back of the yard. It’s stunning back there and set up so well, even has wood for sale for the fire pit! David gave great recommendations on what to do around town and where to eat! His communication throughout our entire stay was impeccable! And! If you’re there for a Bills game, you could just walk to the stadium! Amazing location!! Would definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

Private Forest and Meadow

My family and I had a great time here. Didn't know what to expect with it being so close to the Buffalo Bills stadium, but it turned out to be super private and so comfortable; it was like we were sleeping in the middle of our own private forest. The grounds were well maintained and the grass felt so good on bare feet. The fire pit was great. My daughter loved playing on the hammock and the swing. The host, David, greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!
