Spring is here The grass is beginning to turn green on this one-acre lot nestled between the river and the large spruce fir trees The spacious tidal river frontage of 100 metres calms nourishes your soul. The location is near the end of a no exit 6 km road allowing for the sounds of nature to help you remember who you are. You may see a deer or an eagle or a bear or a moose A 10 minute walk takes you to the bay opening to the ocean There is space for a van an outlander or an RV WITHOUT hookup in one of three spaces, Canoe kayak fish or wild water swim while you visit Drive to town for a meal or some supplies or walk along the waterfront Self sustaining land is the vision of commonUNITY here. I love Jacqueline's place. It's really quiet whit à nice view on thé river. Jacqueline was really nice and welcoming. I recommand this place.

Quiet River Expanse
Very warm welcome. It's a really nice place. It's on the river. Not a place that I'd be comfortable swimming in. It's not sand, a bit of a mucky bottom. But perfect for kayak, water board and boating .. there's a place to get your boat ect down to the water. I ended up having to leave because the lawn was mowed that day and the mosquitoes were very overwhelming. She did refund part of the cost. Everything is available for a price. Early check-in 20$ late check in 20$ Use of the BBQ, water, electricity, and some wood. All available for extra. But convenient. She does have a kayak and life jacket to use. Let your intuition guide you in.

Quiet River Expanse
Easy access for our camper van. Nice and level. Be ready for skeeters, especially at low tide when the mud is showing. Water was clean and cool. Was a great over night spot.
