Tucked into a quiet hollow just 7 miles from Glacier National Park, this rolling, wooded property was once a thriving herb farm. Oregano and other herbs still grow wild among the aspens and lodgepole pines. Today, it’s a peaceful basecamp for exploring Glacier, Flathead Lake, Whitefish Mountain, and the many natural wonders nearby. Brad and Sarah, your hosts, frequent the property while Brad builds custom cabins on the land—including one on the original homestead foundation. Until then, guests can enjoy the property’s secluded, park-like feel and easy access to adventure. Why you’ll love it here: -Secluded yet convenient: rare privacy this close to the park -3 acres of partially wooded land for relaxing, walking dogs, or playing games -Mature trees, peekaboo mountain views, and level sites with room to spread out Site details: -Level gravel pads with electric hookups (50/30/20 amp) and water -No septic service, but public dump stations nearby -Reliable cell signal for most carriers + Wi-Fi on-site -Gravel access road with a short uphill turn at the entrance (all RVs manage fine, but good to know ahead of time) Despite the quiet setting, you’re just 11 miles from Columbia Falls for groceries, dining, and local bars. Glacier Distilling, zip lines, and family attractions are also close by. Camp on this secluded, park-like slice of heaven just 7 miles outside Glacier National Park. This private recreation land is nestled away from the main road, and surrounded by mature trees and peekaboo mountain views. Peacefully situated sites are spaced among the aspens and lodgepole pines. It's rare to find a place this secluded so close to the park. The location is perfect as your home base while exploring Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. The 3-acre partially-wooded property is great for relaxing after your day, walking dogs, playing yard games, and enjoying the views. This location was once a large herb farm, so you may discover oregano and other familiar herbs now growing wild throughout the area. Despite being secluded, these campsites are just 11 miles from Columbia Falls, where you can stock up on groceries or check out local restaurants and bars. The property is also nearby Glacier Distilling Company along with zip lines and other family attractions. Sites are natural grass pads, with electric hookups (50, 30, and 20 amp) and water. There is no septic service, but there are several nearby public dump stations. There is decent cell signal for most carriers. There is a gravel road to the sites from the main road. Both sites can accommodate RVs up to 32 feet and allow space for parking. However RV1 is more favorable for trailers on the larger side, as it has more surrounding open space for maneuvering as you set up. This space also includes more dedicated parking space. Please note this property is not suitable for large groups or loud parties; we ask that visitors please respect the neighbors and other guests who come to enjoy the peace and serenity of the Montana wilderness. We may be onsite periodically as we prep the land to build cabins near the edge of the property.

Great spot! Perfect place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park. Very close to the entrance- we had a wonderful stay with our dogs. Plenty of space for our big dog to run free. The site was clean, spacious and great with a fire pit and table. Everything we needed. We would stay again without hesitation!

If you’re looking for somewhere close to Glacier National Park with water/electric hook ups, this place is for you!! our dogs enjoyed being off leash as well :) however, the sites were closer than we thought. i would recommend renting both RV spots if possible, there is really only a few small trees separating you. since we went at the end of the season we didn’t have a problem but I could easily see it getting pretty crowded during peak months.
