We had terrible weather the night we stayed and the owners were super hospitable. They let us use the shop front to keep dry and warm which was greatly appreciated.

Great private area, we were able to enjoy the open field.. The host was really helpful in finding the spot and always answered any questions.

Camping site was flat and even. Bathroom was fantastic. Rabbits coming to visit in the evening were definitely a plus. All around a great venue.

This site was just what we needed for a bit of a break before catching the Nanaimo ferry (30 min away).
Cory and Trish were very quick to respond to any questions, including the whereabouts of a local dog friendly beach. The bathroom for the camp sites was beyond expectations. And of course, The Rocking Horse Pub just down the road is really such a perc.

The site is huge! Nice and flat, potable water and power hook-ups. Trash, compost and recycling at the site. Flush toilet and sink very close to site. Hosts are very friendly and relaxed, ensuring guests enjoy their stay while allowing privacy. The site and bathroom was very clean. The field for our dog to run off-leash was a wonderful treat and Teddy had a blast! The area is quiet with beautiful star gazing at night. Lots to see and do, great hiking and swim spots close by. We enjoyed our stay very much! Absolutely recommend !

Great place to camp. Very sweet property with lovely owners. We enjoyed all the bunnies, the clean modern wash rooms and seeing the gardens and ponies next door! We hope to make it back!

Excellent spot to camp!! Nice and private with trees on one side. Cory met us when we arrived and made sure that we knew where everything was. Water, electricity, table and even a flush toilet were all provided. A local pub down the street was an added bonus. Highly recommend this Hipcamp and we will definitely stay here again when we are on the island.

We spent one night at Cory’s white fence site and thoroughly enjoyed it! Washroom was clean and easy to access. They had electricity conveniently at the site. We were welcomed warmly by the hosts friends. Close to the ferry and food locations…Would recommend this Hipcamp!

The site was so spacious.The bathroom was super cute and it's so quiet with only one other campsite. The wild rabbits and the horse farm and bar right beside us, that was really cool. We enjoyed spending six here and doing day trips. Fell in love with parksville, we will camp here again.

Very beautiful and peaceful site. Our host was incredibly welcoming. The rabbits that accompanied us throughout our stay delighted our children. The washrooms were very clean. I highly recommend it!

Cory and his spouse were so nice with us! She welcomed us when we arrived at informing us of the different options where we could park! The site was great, a lot of small animals (lots of rabbits) and we heard an owl in the morning!!! Truly great!!! We had water, electricity, a garbage and recycling bins!

Loved our stay at this spot - super central to all the beautiful beaches and trails mid-island, great food close by and friendly accommodating hosts. Bathroom was lovely and our pups really enjoyed being off leash. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic spot, it was perfect for our overnight stop in Nanoose bay before catching the ferry. We had an excellent dinner at the pub as well. The spot was perfectly equipped for all of our needs and the washroom was great.

Cory was warm and welcoming when we arrived. The land is clean and well set up for campers. We found it to be a great central location for exploring the island. It is such a beautiful area, lots of nice walks and places for our little Chihuahua to run around. We were at Cory's place for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here. We would love to return in the future

Cory's spot was quiet, clean and spacious, and conveniently located near a pub and restaurant just up the road walking distance 3 mins. It was a safe area as well. Located near a barn with the cutest horse and bunny rabbits. I would recommend it to others.

Great spot. We enjoyed a fire last night and it was so nice to have the dogs offleash which you can’t do in formal campgrounds. Cory was very welcoming. I’m sure I will be back :)

Had a great stay here - good facilities for our RV and easy to find. Lovely area and private enough. Quiet & peaceful place to stay. Cory was super communicative and helpful. Really loved staying here.

We picked this spot originally due to it location to the ferry terminal. Wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful spot, nice and flat, lots of rabbits around the property. Recommend the Rocking horse pub (English pub) great food.

Easy in. Easy out. Easy ferry access. 30amp plug-in plus water a nice perk as you're going through. The 8 acres chock full of bunnies was fun to walk and take in the sky, birds and trees.

We stayed only for one night, but honestly wished we could have stayed longer. I loved this place. Well appointed with everything we needed, water, power and a gorgeous bathroom. Add the wild bunnies, some gorgeous colourful night lights and a completely flat parking pad and I was in Camping heaven. Plus Cory was very welcoming and hospitable.
