Welcome to JX Surf Shop and Campground! We are located just 10 minutes outside of beautiful Ucluelet and only 5 minutes away from the Pacific Rim National Park. We have 30amp-powered sites with water hookups as well as tenting sites. We also offer overnight parking for those sleeping in their cars. We share property with other great businesses! -JX Surf Shop has rentals and can also book surf lessons for you! -TickinT-Bird rents E-bikes so you can bike to all the beaches in the Pacific Rim National Park. 9am-4pm - Tommy's Pizza offers unforgettable Neapolitan-style pizzas. Skip the dishes while camping and be delighted! 3pm-9pm Wednesday to Monday - SunRay Food rtuck has smoothies, baked goodies and variety food like Tacos, Falafel, Quinoa bowls, Sandwiches, Wraps, Hot Dogs and much more for everyone. 9am-3pm Thursday to Monday Camp Surf Dine and Ride at JX Campground **Please note that JX Campground is for short term camping only. Vehicles, tents, trailers must leave the property after a maximum stay of one week. Thank you for your understanding.

Small RV site is suitable for 20'-25' RVs or camper vans. The site comes with 30amp + water hookups on site. Located along the back side of the property, backing onto woodland. PLEASE NOTE, we can only accommodate vehicles up to 25ft in length, anything larger will not fit.  This site is also a nice upgrade from the tenting area if tenting campers are looking for more privacy. Site 4 is also suitable for those tenting and needing to have their cars onsite.

Die Toilette war über den ganzen Aufenthalt leider sehr voll und hätte dringend geleert werden müssen damit es nicht stinkt. Ansonsten ein wirklich guter Campingplatz mit gutem Anschluss zu ucluette und tofino.

Was sorry to leave after first night mostly because my set-up isn’t very good for heavy rain, which started during the night. Had to give up and go into town(!) But this site is also pretty close to the road. And the capper was that the ‘portolets’ were WAY overdue for service. That said, I might try this site again in the future.

Simple basic testing. Great location and clean. The staff keeps a good eye on the grounds, and very helpful. I was lucky there was space for me to stay 2 extra nights.

Checking in was simple, the guy at the desk was super cool. Campsite was nicely maintained and numbered. The pit stops were kept clean. People around were friendly and nice. All in all had a awesome experience.

The whole experience was disappointing. Not a lot of privacy. Not very appealing, the entire property is ill kept, no hand sanitizer in the out houses. Is not well laid out. An old wheel tossed in the trees would be firepit. There were 3 piles of poop in the site. As a dog owner this is maddening. There was no real benefit to the RV site vs the parking lot. There are 2 lovely little food trucks there, I kind of feel sorry for. Both have great food options and staff/owners are very nice. I know this to be a no frills camp site, but there doesn't seem to be any effort being put in. As a stark contrast we had just spent 3 nights in Smonecten campground that was beautiful, well kept, private . . . and 1/4 the price.

Super basic campground right on the side of the highway, good for being close to Tofino without paying the Tofino prices. No service at the tents, but a short walk to the parking lot lets you send whatever texts you may need to.

The toikets! /dixie wêre disguosting. It has no't bin emtied sin e a very long time. A portable toilet is ok but you have to keep it clean.

The pictures made it look like there is privacy between lots and like this is an actual campground. It's not, ithe lots are pretty much an extension of the parking lot. I actually left as soon as I seen my spot and went somewhere else as I was planning a trip to camp for 4 days for my birthday. This was not suitable to set up camp in for 4 days. Its not private at all and it's right by the highway. It was later in the day when I got there and needed to plan quickly to get a new spot and had no service. I notified them when I got back to service that I hadn't stayed there and asked for a partial or full refund. They denied it and said i should have brought this to their attention in person. Im not sure how that would have helped me find a new place last minute on a friday after realizing i absolutelycouldnt stay at this site? I found a spot on the ocean 20 mins away with full facilities and a playground for 100$ cheaper than i had paid here. I preffered to take the loss over being uncomfortable on my birthday trip no problem. They claim to be set up as low cost, which it is not to basically stay in a parking lot.

First time out in the Tofino/Ucluelet area. Perfect place to rest your head after the day. Folks inside the shop were accommodating and super friendly. Would stay again. Tomi’s Pizza onsite hits the spot.

Pretty great place! Always something going on between the campers, the surf shop, the pizza place, the coffee bar, & the bike shop! Camp area was fine! Not a ton of privacy, but enough. Porta-potty’s were fine, clean enough for what they are. Super friendly staff. Ended up taking surfing lessons from them! The guy at the ebike rental place on the property even helped me fix my own bike free of charge!! 10/10 would stay again, great place, great locations

Great place! Clean and well maintained, including the outhouses. My partner and I stayed at site #23 and camped in our Subaru Forester. The person working the campground office was kind and helpful, and there was a decent amount of space at our site. The location is excellent as it is between both Tofino and Ukee. It isn't very private (though, more private that other campgrounds we were looking at, as JX has some trees between sites), and one of the other campers was a little nosy, but everything else was great!

I loved Nicole's camping spot. It's location is perfect for someone like me who loves Long Beach and Ucluelet. The sites are flat and quite private, perfect for van-ping. The staff at the Relic store was super nice. Garbage, out-houses, and water are available. All in all, it was totally great for me and I hope to be there again soon !
