Village Hub Farm Campground Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled! We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life. Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season. Our campground features include: Four forested sites with fire pits and picnic tables. Fires not permitted during fire bans. Tent or RV (up to 20 feet or so) camping Potable water from utility shed Portable toilet facility No power hookups No sani-dump Firewood available for extra cost but there is a lot of fallen dead wood in the forest area if you want to pick it up. No live tree or branch cutting permitter. Showers are an extra cost of $7 per person per shower (12 years old and above) Fun things to do nearby: Water Slides – 10 minutes Kal Beach – 25 minutes Powerhouse Beach on Shuswap River in Enderby - 20 minutes Hiking, road and mountain biking Boating, paddle boarding, swimming Floating down Shuswap River Enderby, Armstrong and Vernon Farmer’s Markets Farm tours, winery tours, bike tours Fishing Paintball And so much more Pets are welcome but must be on a leash, and under control at all time. Drugs and marijuana strictly prohibited on the property at all times. No fireworks.

Site 2 - Red picnic table

Serene camping near vernon.

Super friendly, relaxed host. Large private site with shade. Washroom portable cleanest ive ever seen. Garbage and recycling provided near camp. So much more relaxing than prov park camping. Serene expansive field view. Go to the wonderful armstrong farmers market!

Site 3 - Green picnic table

Camping out on a farm

Me and my other friend camped on site 3, and it was amazing! We didn’t get the chance to meet iris because we arrived later in the evening, but marek was working on a house as we left the campsite and he was very kind. Site 3 is on the edge looking out on the field! During this time in the summer, is very hot so be careful and stay hydrated. Sites are decently far apart so you don’t really hear your neighbours. If you have a reaction to hay, definitely bring something like reactine with you. We enjoyed this time throwing a frisbee, exploring and playing ukulele out in the field! Thank you for sharing your property with us and would definitely recommend this site 😁

Great time with friends!

Beautiful spot! We were a group of five and there was plenty of room and a gorgeous view of the fields. Great for stargazing at night and close to some great hikes and lakes. Marek came by on the first day to say hi and was absolutely lovely! Sites were clean and porta potty was also super clean when we arrived! This was an excellent location and would recommend to anyone! Thank you!
