Lanthorn is situated just north of Wakefield Quebec surrounded by forest, creeks, waterfalls, and hikes with views of the surrounding area. Our farm grows willow for basketry and living structures. My family and I stayed in one of the bell tents at Agape Gardens. It was super clean and very well decorated. It was so inviting and cosy. Jennie smudged the tent prior to us arriving which is such an honour to have done. Jennie and her beautiful family welcomed us with a tour of the property, which we found to be extremely well looked after. From the brimming gardens, healthy live stock, well established hiking trail, to the multiple options of sites to camp at, we were very impressed. We felt at home immediately and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We also met her neighbours who were also very friendly people and jumped to help us fix some toys we had with us. We will most definitely visit this special place again. An easy 5 star review. Many thanks Jennie and Jeremy.

Lovely spot- very relaxing, amazing view, friendly hosts. we loved the bell tent, although we were there on the first night of October, so it got a bit chilly in the evening- luckily there were extra blankets. We were only there for one night, so didn’t get a chance to try out all of the extras but definitely would book more time on a return visit.

The campsite is beautiful, well maintained and has great privacy for each campsite. Jennie and Jeremy were very welcoming and quick to respond if you need anything! You will definitely have a relax time here with the beautiful views. The sauna and cold plunge are also great plus! During the night, the weather would drop low even inside the tent so definitely need to dress warm! Would love to be back soon!

We had an amazing time staying in the House of Pisces at Agape Gardens. It was a great way to get away from the city and into nature to reset ourselves. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away for a weekend! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the Gatineau mountains as soon as we exit our tent, which added to the existing beauty of the property. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

We loved the glamping experience here. We stayed in a lotus tent, it had all the accommodations we needed to the stay! Such an impressive homestead that Jennie and family have created. Beautiful, quiet farmland with so many ammenities to choose from. I was traveling through on a road trip so it was amazing to find a place outside of the city to stay that was peaceful, beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed the Leo cabin with my dog and Jennie and family were very welcoming and accommodating. They set me up after a long day of traveling with a great sauna and cold plunge with great touches like eucalyptus and camomile tea. I enjoyed a quiet fire afterwards which set me up for a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend a stay at Agape Gardens!"

Agape Gardens is a tranquil, beautiful and vibrant space, full of good energy. 20 from Gatineau Park. We stayed in the Pisces bell tent. It is enough away from the house that you see no other sites and has a perfect view of the night sky. Jennie and her partner have created a truly wonderful and unique experience… and you can tell they pour their hearts into it. The plunge and sauna experience was a delight. I can’t recommend their place enough.

We booked for an overnight getaway to relax and recharge- and achieved just that. Our stay was wonderful. The tent was nice and clean, kept us dry when it rained and the view was spectacular. Agape Garden is a true destination for anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled retreat. You’re surrounded by lush fields sprawling with wild flowers and hundreds of species of native birds. The lotus bell tents are meticulously clean and offer a very cozy place to tuck in for the evening. Lovely fairy lights and tons of flickering (battery operated) candles. The ambiance is a definite 10/10. The breakfast was divine and so perfectly executed. It really felt like there was thought put into the meal. The fresh kefir was topped with a literal heaping of raspberries picked from their garden that morning. The customer service is amazing and very friendly. I felt very welcomed. The sunrises are a must when staying here!
