The cabin has minimal cooking items for your use, Coleman stove, percolator for coffee, and campfire tripod are available. You will need to bring your own bedding, toiletries, and utensils for cooking. Please leave the cabin exactly as you found it. You will need to bring your own propane for the Coleman stove and Martin heater. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, hike on Baptiste lake or hop on the nearby snowmobile trail for days of riding. Situated very close to Algonquin Park, there is ample opportunity for hiking and biking in the summer months. Groceries and supplies are available within 20 minutes of the cabin.  We look forward to hosting you!

Once we see their reaction to the animals, in all likelihood, we can dispense with the leash. Over the past 2 years we have developed a Hobby Farm consisting of 5 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, 15 Exotic Hens, 2 Australian Shepherd dogs and 3 cats. We are just minutes from 3 local beaches, Arrowhead Provincial Park, Limberlost Forest Reserve (fabulous hiking) and Algonquin Park. Eateries and shopping are also 5 minutes from us.

5 nights at Moose and Musky

We enjoyed our time watching the lake and hearing the loons every day. Lots of space outside and the cabin was cozy.

We really enjoyed relaxing here and the paddle boat was a huge bonus. We found a little beach spot across the lake and met a lot of the locals at this spot which was nice.
