Perfect little getaway for a couple days, hosts were nice and helpful when we arrived. We brought our grandkids and there was enough to do between canoe, paddle boat, mini playground, and farm animals. Nice spot to relax!

Wonderful houseboat retreat! This is a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The view is absolutely stunning --sitting by the water in the morning or evening is pure joy. 🌅✨ The houseboat itself is very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. It has everything you need: fridge, freezer, stove,light, dishes, and A/C. A frying pan and at least one blanket would be nice additions, but overall, the space is well-equipped. The outside area is just as lovely — quiet, private, and ideal for enjoying coffee or relaxing by the fire🥰 The sofa looks so nice, but unfortunately, it’s very uncomfortable for sleeping--even though we brought extra mattress Overall, this place has a special charm. Great views, privacy, and thoughtful touches --we will definitely come back again! 💛

T's Pond was the perfect place for us to stop on our trip to Niagara Falls! We enjoyed our time there and had fun swimming and watching a few skiiers on the lake. I did what a few other Hipcampers recommended and put our sleeping pad for tent camping on the pull-out couch. It was super comfortable that way. The only concerns I had was that the fridge and toaster oven weren't cleaned out from previous Hipcampers. Also, make sure any food you put in the fridge is in sealed containers! Everything I had in sealed containers was fine, but anything outside of sealed containers ended up with a really weird taste and had to be thrown out. Overall I would say it was a good experience and I'd be happy to go back :)

We really enjoyed our time at the little houseboat. The site is really private and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting by the fire, using the BBQ, the paddleboard and generally just chilling out by the water. The houseboat itself is lovely and cozy. Teresa is an excellent host and was available to answer and questions we had. Overall it's a great way to spend some time by the water and get out of the city. Would highly recommend.

Terri's property is large, naturalized and quite private between sites. We were tucked around the side of the pond in a shaded area. Sound of the frogs and the horses was amazing. Property is on the highway so traffic noise was expected but it was hardly noticeable back in the area we set up camp. One of the cleanest outhouses I've used -- and smelled like cedar! There were very few instructions provided both after booking and on-site for where each campsite is but Terri was very responsive and gave us more options than we had originally thought! Overall, met our needs for the weekend while we attended an event in the area.

This is a very private little slice of heaven that I've been pleased to steward for over 25 years. If you love the sound of frogs singing, and bullfrogs plucking their banjo strings, red-winged blackbirds trilling, you will love it here. The property is literally right across the road from the Mono Cliffs Provincial Park which boasts amazing trails, views and features the Niagara Escarpment. The 4-acre pond/wetland is designated 'Provincially Significant' by the Ministry of Natural Resources and is an important part of the Nottawasaga Watershed. This area is renowned for its terrain - the fields are rolling and the views are quite special. You will enjoy a private firepit and private overlook at the pond with hammock. The site isn't visible from the road. Our house is visible from the site but far enough away as to not disturb one another. We have a newly added outhouse with lighting that will make your stay comfortable.

A peaceful nature space with a large magical pond (the size of an olympic swimming pool) to bask in, plus a 44 acre forest to roam. You will have access to clean water to swim in (no soaps or detergents in the pond please, we also swim in the pond regularly so we might see you in there, the pond is about 40 meters from our house, no fishing in the pond), clean water to drink + wash dishes in, lots of safe flat parking for cars and camper vans, lots of safe flat grass for tents, a giant forest, views of a few beautiful horses doing their own thing on our pastures (do not feed them or go within the fenced off horse areas), loads of birds, dragonflies, butterflies and more! A small walking trail meanders through our property and we are avid birders, having once owned a wild bird nature shop We welcome any self contained travel trailer or RV's.   Enjoy use of horseshoe pits, open space for games (e.g. soccer, bocce, frisbee, badminton, etc.) and feel free to ask, we may have those 'toys' to loan you during your visit.
