This is 2 acres of private property in the village of Garland. There is Hydro on the property with three RV plug-ins and three other outlets that you can use with RV adapters. There’s a small cabin on site with Hydro. There is a well on site for water. Gas groceries and alcohol are available nine minute drive to Ethelbert. Duck mountains and the lakes are 35 minutes from the property. excellent deer, elk, bear hunting area. Excellent ATV use area. Able to host multiple campers on property or family gatherings. There is a small island along the river with a little bridge connecting to the property. small swimming hole in the river. Property can accomodate 6 RV's for family function. When you book, no-one else will share the property other than your group.
