Located 25 min south of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. We offer 10 acres of land perfect for tents and RV camping. Our new A cabin is ready for rentals $69 per night no minimum, queen size bed, sky light for star gazing and only steps away from our 25' gazabo with fire pit! Remember this is a farm...you will see farm things, smell farm things and even though we try to keep things clean you might even step in farm things!
Our property has a natural and rustic feel that is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable camping experience. You will find free-range animals on the property that are friendly to be around including llamas, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, sheep and more!
The campground has a fire pit to keep you warm and campfires are permitted. We also have a communal BBQ and both indoor and outdoor seating areas for eating meals. Other amenities include potable water, a outhouse, no showers.
We are a pet-friendly and family-friendly campsite. There are miles and miles of trails for hiking, off-roading, biking and more. We’re also right by a large body of water perfect for canoeing.
If you are bringing an RV, we have level sites suitable for RVs 45 feet or less. There is an electrical hookup, first come first serve (less than 30amps) no water hookup available.

We are a RV storage compound so you would be parking in one of the stalls for your stay on the way to your destinations. Stealth parking inconspicuous.
We have someone on site 24 hours per day.

I had an amazing stay at Don’s Farm and spent three wonderful days there. Don and Veronica are incredibly welcoming, kind, and hospitable hosts who made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
One of my favorite parts of the experience was meeting all of the friendly farm animals. The dogs, cat, pig, goat, fishes, chickens, and llamas all had their own personalities and were a joy to be around. It really added to the charm of the farm. The dogs were especially wonderful; they would roam around the property at night, keeping watch over the farm and adding an extra sense of comfort and security while camping.
I was treated to fresh-baked muffins, which was such a thoughtful touch. Since I was camping on my own, Don and Veronica would occasionally check in to make sure everything was going well, while still giving me plenty of privacy and space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
One evening, Don and Veronica spent some time with me and shared their knowledge of the night sky. We watched the stars and spotted satellites passing overhead, which was a memorable experience and one of the highlights of my trip.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with wonderful hosts, friendly animals, and a genuine farm experience, I highly recommend staying at Don’s Farm. I would gladly return in the future.

What a great property, it’s surrounded by trees, has a beautiful fire pit and lots of cool animals.
The four livestock dogs make you feel super protected and they’re total sweethearts otherwise.
The host was great and made sure we had everything we could need for our stay.

Wow! What a beautiful place Don & Veronica have! Firstly being greeted by the sweetest group of working pups is always the way to go!! (And belly rubs might be required)
Then there’s Frosty the Turkey who will check you out and make sure all is well, as well as goats, chickens, cats, alpacas, and a pig! It was so joyful being surrounded with the sweetest animals!
And I mean it when I say, Don & Veronica are the KINDEST hosts ever. We arrived under a tornado watch to stay in our tent, and instead Don & Veronica quickly set up other accommodations for us to keep us warm and safe, along with suppling ways to cook some food since a fire wasn’t going to happen in the rain.
To end it all waking up to insanely good fresh baked muffins- WOW.
If you have the chance to stay here it’s so so so highly recommended!!!

We had the best time hanging out with & getting to know the animals. Don is a very warm and welcoming host and really made us feel at home! My husband works away so it was me & 4kids under 10 in a tent, and we felt completely safe the whole time - the four sweetest Great Pyrenees made sure we did! It’s very relaxed, you set up where you like, which meant we could be right where the barn action was! We spent 3 nights there and the kids weren’t bored for a second, they’re hoping to go back next month - they rate Hoof Hearted Family Acres ‘10 out of 5 stars!!!’ lol

This place is simply amazing! The hosts are so welcoming and kind. They started a fire for us and made us feel right at home while giving us our distance and privacy at the same time. It is the perfect spot for any animal lover as you can lounge with the free range animals and give some of them all the pets they want. Great spot for kids too (if you have them). 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time at Hoof Hearted Family Acres. Don and Victoria are amazing hosts and they made us feel very welcome. There are so many friendly animals wandering about and it was lovely meeting them. Don built a fire for us to use and provided enough firewood to keep it going for hours. It was a super relaxing time!

Had a great time at Don's place. Our two year old really enjoyed visiting the animals, and the open spaces. Lots of room to tent, a large well placed fire pit, fresh farm eggs, a truly nice experience. The four dogs are also very friendly and do a great job protecting the property. Presently surprised by how friendly the turkeys were.. who knew.
Don went above and beyond to help us out and explain history about the animals.

Don and Veronica are lovely and gracious hosts! It is a private sanctuary where you can hang out with all kinds of wonderful animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, llamas, cows, turkeys, turtles, goldfish, and a pig! When we had a bunch of rain that did not seem to ever stop, they offered us the use of their outbuilding as refuge from the rain. We had a lovely time!

If you are an animal lover this is the place to stay. A great variety of animals that are friendly and gentle with the kiddos! We loved watching our boys make their rounds to say hello every morning, and to see the animals connect with them. Don and his wife are lovely hosts and go beyond to make you feel welcomed.
