1 night at Tamarack Hill Farm

Fairly secluded, quite pasture. Clean space and outhouse. A welcome find on a busy summer weekend.

1 night at Idabel Mountain old growth escape

We had a wonderful time camping at Jan's property. He was very accomodating with supplying wood, water and clear directions to the property. He was available for questions but provided privacy as well. Great view, great people. Will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Faded Flannel Farm

Pretty sweet stay. Total independence to roam and camp on the lot. All amenities as listed and everything is clean. About 15min each way to town up and down a mountain on fully paved road. Host was super welcoming and responsive to messages

Weekend Trip to Idabel Mountain old growth escape

What a wonderful experience camping at Jan and Ryan's property! They were incredibly responsive providing very clear directions, having the site stocked with wood and water and were available for questions or concerns but also very respectful of space. They were very accomadting about some challenges at the border and the location is absolutely perfect! Would 100%stay again!

2 nights at Faded Flannel Farm

It was a beautiful (unexpected) private place to stay. When you stay here you are the only one. That makes it more special. We only met Jeff. He was so kind, wanted to help us with everything. We really loved this place and when we are near by here we definitely want to stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Upper5 Farm

1. The view!!! 2. The location! Right in the heart Naramata vineyards and farms. . We recommend getting around on E bikes like we did. It’s a short bicycle ride down to Naramata town and the local wineries. However, it’s very hilly with steep hills so the E bikes came in handy. 3. The friendly and responsive communication and reception from Deborah. 4. The resident donkeys are adorable!

Weekend Trip to Nordika Farm & Retreat

We loved camping on Marylin's farm! We parked our RV right next to the horses on top of the hill and enjoyed a beautiful sunset with a view all the way down to Okanagan Lake. We enjoyed greeting the horses with our morning coffee and even got the privilege to watch a training session with the herding dogs. We only stayed for two nights, but would have easily enjoyed a longer stay.

The camping spot had a lovely high up view of the lake, all day sun, peaceful but close to Naramata.

I was so pleased to find a lovely rustic place to park for the night. I had electricity and water and the outhouse is a bonus. The position for discovering the district is awesome.

Lovely quiet spot and very welcoming host. We were ahead of the season but they were incredibly accommodating opening one of the toilets for us. We also made good use of the firepit. World definitely return.

ARLO's KVR Trail Riverside Camping

Welcome to a natural, convenient location with basic amenities on the West Kettle River! We have 300 acres including 1500 meters of river frontage with access to the surrounding crown land and KVR trail which runs through the property. The KVR trail is the access to the property. From HWY 33 South, take a left turn (West) onto Tuzo Main (about 7km's south of Beaverdell), then cross the wooden bridge over the Kettle River and take the first left onto the KVR trail (a long, straight flat gravel road) and follow for 1900meters. Mostly wide enough for one way traffic only, so please be patient and mindful of trail users on bikes, quads and vehicles. We currently have 5 tent only sites on the river and 25 RV/Tent sites currently about 100m from the river. There are a few picnic tables with blue umbrellas. Fishing, hiking, exploring, bring your quads, dirt bikes. There's plenty of roads and trails ... Even a secret honey hole fishing spot not far away but that's hush hush only locals know about this gem.

Relax and unwind on our rural oasis about 20 minutes from Kelowna on the way to Big White. Visit with the goats and horses, enjoy hiking or biking the trails on crown land directly behind us, cool down in mission creek, just below us! Your campsite is a quiet, private location in the back corner of our property. Within a one minute walk is an outhouse, water source and power if you need it. Nearby are hiking trails as we back onto crown land. A local park on Mission Creek is a 15 minute walk. Kelowna’s beaches and vineyards are 30-45 minute drives and Big White and it’s alpine hiking trails are about 30 minutes away.
