We have a 6 acre farm in the hills of Joe Rich. It’s a beautiful combination of open meadow & mature forest, with a seasonal creek & pond. The property is full of many varieties of native plants, flowers and trees. Above the trees you can see the peaks of Little White. You can enjoy hiking on the High Rim Trail nearby or maybe an off road adventure. James Lake is only 11 kms away for some summer kayaking or paddle boarding and Big White is only 1/2 hour away hosting all the winter fun!. Lots of beautiful areas to explore nearby. Our location tends to be 6°-10° cooler than in Kelowna, which is a welcome treat on those warm summer days. There is also, almost always a breeze. We hope you enjoy your stay but if there’s some way we can make your stay better, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.This site is nestled in a small nook on the property, just off the guest driveway for easy access. There are beautiful views of the field, the forest and the mountains beyond. It is a grassy site, and in the early summer it is surrounded by blooming wild rose bushes. There is a picnic table available for campers to use, as well as a toilet, a triple sink with counter space and a jug of water with a spigot for hand washing or dishes. The site gets the morning sun but is beautifully shaded in the evening. Our location tends to be 6°-10° cooler than in Kelowna, which is a welcome treat on those warm summer days. Perfect near city camping

The stay on Joanna’s property was perfect. The area is exactly as described and not to mention breathtaking. Her and her husband were very accommodating and SO kind even greeting us with home made cookies. I highly recommend staying here no matter how long. We will definitely be coming back as it was not far from town and made it so easy to camp while still being able to explore the city. Thank you so much! :)

This was an amazing spot to stay! Very close to Kelowna but remote enough to feel like you’re actually camping. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again any day.
