We provide water hookups as well as a 30-amp electrical connection. There’s no sani-dump at the RV site itself, but we do have one available on the property if needed. If you’re looking to get away from it all, we’re just 3.5 hours from the Lower Mainland! Enjoy fishing? We have our own private little fishing hole that’s only accessible from our property. The Story of Smoker Road: Smoker Road is a beautiful 5-acre property highlighting some of Boundary Country’s best-kept secrets. Nestled between towering Ponderosa pines, along the West Kettle River - this property offers serene tranquillity with nature right outside your tent. The Petcoff family is tight-knit. They love nature, adventure, and laughter. They acquired Smoker Road in 2017 with the mutual dream of sharing their passions with like-minded people. There are 5 campsites available throughout the property for tent campers: We also have complimentary amenities such as: - toilet amenities - table (upon request) *We have firewood available for purchase. $10/crate that provides enough kindling, starter wood, and logs for a great fire. (bring cash!) Our site manager, Pete, can tell you all about the area, the birds and wildlife. He offers guided hikes upon request for any level beginner to intermediate. Hike rates are by donation. The river is absolutely perfect for a summer dip on a HOT Okanagan day with a secret beach a short walk away. They have created a fun, and safe environment for everyone to feel welcome! 2 nights at Lazy River Camping

We absolutely LOVED staying on Kathy’s property. It’s set back from the road enough that traffic noise is minimal. The bathroom was very clean and has nightlights, making it easy to find in the dark. All of the sites are right beside each other along the riverside of the property. When we arrived, Kathy recommended we move from site 2 to site 7, which was further away from the kids playground and right next to the communal “patio” and also in the shade for most of the day. She also provides a common area that is great with benches and tables and a barbecue! It was great to have a full cooking space and a shady place to eat in the summer heat. A lovely collie came to greet us and was super gentle with our senior Dachshund. We forgot ice on our 2nd night and it was great that Kathy had bags of ice to sell to us for $5/bag! Nighttime was glorious, very little light pollution and a sky full of stars and shooting stars. I highly recommend this site, and we will stay here again for sure!!

Our host greeted us upon arrival and allowed a late, last minute check in as we were traveling up to Alaska! They were super accommodating and considerate! We had the whole place to ourselves. Everything was super clean and well kept. They allowed us to run our dogs and let them play in the water which was so nice to try and tucker them out before another long day of driving. Highly recommend this HipCamp!!

Really enjoyed the site and close access to river with awesome mountain backdrop. The lit contained dual bathrooms and lit decks with table to enjoy the vista was very convenient. Definitely would stay there again.

Kathy was awesome. Very helpful getting us settled comfortably. She also let us know about a local street party and helped us figure out the river float. Our weekend at Kathy's campground was incredible. I would definitely come back.

Camping on sarah‘s land was awesome. We were super lucky and only had one or two other campers for our two days stay. Theriver is beautiful and the perfect place to hang out all day. Her dogs are also very sweet.The town nearby is also super cute. Lots of interesting people.
