This treehouse is furnished with a double and two single beds. Cozy linens the color of the lavender, orange and yellow sunrise and battery powered candles and lanterns add a romantic aire to this forest getaway!

Sunrise in equipped with a small butane stove and coffee press so you can enjoy your morning coffee in your own private abode. Your reservation includes access to amenities a short walking distance from the Sunrise Treehouse such as the bath house with flush toilets, sinks and showers and the outdoor kitchen with a community fridge, stove, microwave, propane grill, blender, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils. Tree House Camp includes 160 acres of land bordering the US Forest Service area. There are beautiful views and easy access to Shaggy Peak, the southernmost tip of the Rocky Mountains in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. Wander our land to enjoy a 20 minute hike to a creek (in wet weather) and wild flower meadow in the forest or climb up Shaggy Peak (about 2-7 hours round trip hiking, depending on your activity level).

The camp is located about 25 minutes driving distance away from Meow Wolf, Old Town Santa Fe Plaza and 15 minutes to delicious food at Harry's Roadhouse or Cafe Fina.

NOTE 1: The treehouse is down a short dirt path and there is a 3 rung wooden ladder to climb into the treehouse.

NOTE 2: We are up a 2 mile dirt road and are not near public transportation so you will need your own vehicle, motorcycle, bike, or horse! Be aware that the roads can be snowy in early spring, late fall and winter. At those times of the year we recommend a car with front-wheel, all track or four-wheel drive and good traction tires.

Please add any additional guests 13 years and up to your reservation. (0-4 years old free, 5-12 years old 1/2 price, 13 and up $25 fee. To pay the half priced child fee please notify me and plan to pay by cash or PayPal when you arrive.)

To maintain the tranquility of our guests stays we are taking these steps to curb late arrivals.

We recommend you consider arriving while it is still light out. It makes locating us easier and you will get to experience our beautiful sunsets and have more time to enjoy on this enchanted hilltop!

Great sunrise view from the treehouse! We came during a cold snap so it was *especially* cold at night but there are plenty of extra blankets. The hosts are friendly and accommodating! Beautiful location.

Sunrise treehouse definitely lives up to its name, the views are amazing! It was cozy and had everything you would need to camp, minus the food. The communal bathrooms are clean and the showers are hot. We didn't take advantage of the communal kitchen but it looked like it would be perfect if you're cooking a more elaborate meal. Stays pretty warm at night with the door closed and provided blankets. The property has other treehouses and RV/tent campsites throughout, however, it still feels very private. There are various activities throughout the camp, though we weren't there long enough to partake. This would be a great spot to get away for a long weekend or vacation.

Such a beautiful and unique glamping experience. We stayed two nights and will definitely book again. Note to future campers - they have just about everything you need on site. No need to bring a bunch more of gear.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Treehouse Camp. The grounds are beautiful, with access to several great hiking trails. The communal kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked.

The Sunrise Treehouse was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It offers a stunning view of the sunrise from the bed. We would definitely come back!

We always have a great time at the Treehouse Camp. This time we were traveling sans child, so we decided to try the Sunrise Cabin to enjoy the romantic feel. It’s just far enough away to feel secluded, but not so far you feel put out when it’s time to visit the bathhouse or kitchen! The Sunrise cabin has plenty of space if the kids are coming along, too. The string lights and battery powered candles are a lovely touch! Brad and Ciana continue to be gracious hosts who are easily available for help when needed.
