The old Manlee place. A market garden of old, converted into a Modern Irrigated pivot. Also known as Cowalla Gardens. Remnants of his magnificent garden remain along with his beautiful two Story home. With 4 wheel drive there are lovely camping sites or if you need a place to stay for work there are cabins available. There is a communual kitchen, indoor/ outdoor shower and washing machine. Enjoy the serenity, pristine bushland or convenitent stopove.A lovely gravel ridge dotted with wandoo. Wallabies feeding on grass along the topside of the ridge. Camping is nestled amidst the York gum along the topside of the natural ridge. Many sites along the top or bottom edge of the ridge can be found. Caravans are advised to stick to the road and only camp right inside the gate. Be aware there is a sandy layer to the paddock and no availability for a tow vehicle within the immediate area.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Wandoo Ridge, there was lots of space and private. There was 4 of us plus our dog and we all would go back again. It was peaceful and quiet and a great spot to view the stars at night. Can get a bit cold, being able to have a fire would have made it better but other than that it was great.
