Sunnybrook farm offers a peaceful retreat near Bridgetown, perfect for nature lovers and horse enthusiasts. Stay in our cozy Blue Wren cabin, sleeping four with a queen bed and single bunk beds, or the Red Robin cabin, sleeping three comfortably with a queen bed and pull-out mattress. Both cabins feature kitchenettes and rustic bathroom's. For larger groups, a glamping tent is available. Or you could bring an extra caravan. Get in touch we can work out plan depending on your requirements Unwind on your veranda, taking in the scenic paddock views with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Explore the nature reserve across the road for bush walking, bird watching, and wildflower spotting. Our offgrid cabins are solar powered, 12 volt appliances only, rainwater tanks and gas cooking. Chickens will eat vege and food scraps also have sheep wandering around the property. We are situated 12 min from Bridgetown following the Blackwood river. We have a separate area called" paddock view camp sites " only 3 camp sites available so everyone can have privacy - this area is for self sufficient campers only, there is potable water , sites have the morning sun and shade in the afternoon, our sheep wander around that area and horses might come up to say hello too . A secure paddock and horse arena are on site, with nearby riding trails to explore. Meet our friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats, and maybe even some adorable new babies. Paddock view sites are on grassy flat ground overlooking paddock and pine forest. You must be self sufficient as no toilets or showers , please take all rubbish with you. There is potable water if needed . Sunnyside reserve is walking distance from paddock view site where you can explore the Blackwood River, local flora and fauna. Sheep love chilling under the shade trees and miss dotti especially loves scratches 🥰 Could also organising goat petting if desired. Your welcome to park in shade or in the sun where ever takes your fancy in the top paddock where you enter from. There is a hay shed near the water tank where you might see me driving up to collect hay for the goats and horses at various times during the day.

Blue wren Cabin

The Blue Wren cabin features a queen bed and single bunk beds, a kitchenette, with a beautiful rustic bathroom . Enjoy the large veranda where you can relax over looking the paddock's , while listening to the running water from the brook close by sipping a hot drink or perhaps a glass of wine. Our cabins are off grid, solar, septics, rain water. Telstra has full reception. other carriers may not work.( how ever we can organise a dongle so you can get internet if you desire ? Detox from city life. Enjoy the serenity , and peace. Reserve across the road where you can explore the local flora and fauna, also a big oval to throw a ball to dog or friend and the blackwood river flows. Book in a time to wonder by the brook, visit the ducklings and nigerian dwarf goats if you desire.

Red Robin Cabin

The Red Robin cabin is beautifully situated overlooking the brook , waterfalls and farm land. Has a queen size bed , pull out mattress for a third person, kitchenette ,rustic style bathroom, shower. Large veranda , lounge , fire heating and fire pit. Off grid cabin , rain water , solar powered, back to basics but comfortable and peaceful . Enjoy a glass of wine , or refreshments whilst taking in the peaceful farmland surroundings. Detox from your mobile phone city life if needed. Solar 12 volt appliances can be plugged into electricity ports only, please bring a battery pack to charge your mobile

Paddock view camp sites
Feeling so privileged to be Kim's first campers at her new hipcamp! She was warm & welcoming upon arrival - kindly offering site seeing suggestions around the area and activities for the kids. The property is lovely, with baby animals grazing in paddocks and lots of nature walks nearby. At night it was peaceful and we enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking in the nearby creek. We were lucky enough to even get to feed the goats and pat the new foals - an experience Kim explained she is more than happy to share with other campers via a prearranged appointment. We camped in a paddock, sometimes shared with sheep. It was spacious, grassy and flat ground on the side of a hill. The van did require levelling, however that was on us as we chose the view over more flat, higher ground. Kim kindly also offered us pavers to assist with levelling, however they weren't required.
