Enjoy the peace and convenience of our rural property in Vasse. Being located a mere 15-minute drive to the centre of Busselton, 20 minutes from Dunsborough, and half an hour from Margaret River, it is the perfect hub for visiting many Southwest attractions. We offer up to four campsites on an easily accessible, large, open and level area to the east of our home. You will have plenty of space to bring your bikes, kites, surfboards and the like to make the most of what is on offer in our region, such as beautiful Abbey Beach, the bustling Busselton foreshore, walk trails, wineries, art studios, fishing spots, surf beaches, music festivals, and more. With plenty of cafes, restaurants and produce stores at hand, you will easily be able to refuel for all of your adventures or simply relax and indulge in local wines and foods as you take in your camp surrounds. Say ‘Hello’ to neighbouring cattle, and visiting kangaroos, rabbits, and bird life. Take in the many changing colours of sunrise, sunset and rainbows as you look out across the paddock. Sit outside and be in awe of the wonders of the universe as you stargaze into our wide-open sky and cuddle up at a campfire during the cooler months. We invite you to enter into the best of both worlds, a rural setting with town convenience. We trust you will enjoy your stay and return to journey with us as we continue to shape our little slice of paradise. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING. Our property is only suitable for self-contained Hipcamping. We do not provide power, water, bathrooms or toilets. Sorry, no pets, no smoking, no excessive drinking. Guests of this site will need to be SELF-CONTAINED, take waste with them and leave no trace. Please PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOILET. Site 1 is located in the Southeast quadrant of our campsite area, close by the grove of olive trees on our neighbour's property. You will enjoy morning shade and have uninterrupted farmland views across the paddock to the south. It is a fantastic spot to use as a hub to Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, and surrounds, but equally enjoyable as a retreat for some rest and relaxation. There is plenty of room for your caravan, car, boat and bikes. Easily accessed from the gate of the property, you don’t need to have 4WD skills to get to this site. You probably won't need to test your reversing skills either :) A large communal fire pit with log seating is available to use in the cooler months. You may collect kindling, but please provide your own firewood. You are also welcome to use your own firepit subject to local fire danger ratings. Sorry, no pets, no smoking, no excessive drinking, and no generators please. NB: An electric fence wire runs along the east of the campsite. It has warning signs on it to remind you. Check in time is between 12pm and 6pm. Check out time is by 10am. Please read our camp rules before booking. For further information or to make a special request, contact us via Hipcamp. Site 4 is located in the Northwest quadrant of our campsite area, with a tall fence waiting to support passionfruit vines close by. You will catch the morning sun earlier in the day and will enjoy having uninterrupted views to the north where you will spy kangaroos enjoying the grassland opposite our property. It is a fantastic spot to use as a hub to Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, and surrounds, but equally enjoyable as a retreat for some rest and relaxation. There is plenty of room for your caravan, car, boat and bikes. Easily accessed from the gate of the property, you don’t need to have 4WD skills to get to this site. You will enjoy morning shade and have uninterrupted views to the north where you will see plenty of kangaroos enjoying the open grassland. Lovely quiet spot for the night within easy reach of amenities. Enjoyed waking up in the morning to see the cows in the field behind. A friendly wave from the owner too.

Chris and Jacqis property was absolutely beautiful waking up to the sounds of the birds every morning and hearing the cows while enjoying our coffee was so nice and special. Such a quiet convenient spot 10 minutes from town would definitely stay there again. ☺️👍

Amazing location - 3 minutes to the nearest Coles, Macca's, you name it. Campground was massive and very well maintained, and the communal campfire was awesome! Couldn't recommend it more

This location is awesome, excellent base to see the south west & the views from your peace & quiet site are breathtaking. Chris & Jacqui are very accommodating & made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone & will definitely be back for sure. Thank you.

Great site for our caravan, open, easy access, easy to find and close to Vasse, busselton and the capes region. Although we didn't use it there is a communal firepit for use which is perfect when the weather allows fires. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to our hosts..

Lovely peaceful rural property. Large open, level and grassy space to park on. Nice fire pit. Very close to Busselton, Margaret River and all the South East has to offer. We will definitely stay again.

Such an easy experience, great instructions and directions. We stayed for two nights in a motorhome. The site is huge, you're less than ten minutes to Vasse Farmers Market and the fire pit is huge so we got a good fire going with wood found on the property.

Communication and direction to the site was fantastic The spot is beautiful and I was lucky to have to myself . Communal firepit between the two sites a great idea particularly if you are travelling with others

We loved our stay here! Was very central to everything, whilst having a quiet and peaceful feel about the property. Stars were amazing here and their provided fire pit was elite. Would definitely love to stay again!

A great stay at Chris + Jacqui’s place in Vasse. Although the weather conspired against us, this property is conveniently located to all the sites in Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River. It was peaceful and perfect with a wonderful view over the paddocks and olive grove. Thanks Murray + Sharon

I may have meet the most friendly Hip Camp hosts in WA. Communication and hospitality was 100%. There property is just amazing - so central to the southwest region. Just beautiful - I will be back many many times Ben - A Stitch In Time :)

Chris and Jacqui are very friendly hosts. Their property is quiet and peaceful, the stars at nights were amazing. Being able to have a fire in the large pit was so exciting, we haven't had one in ages. Thankyou so much for your hospitality. I definitely recommend Rural Peace in Vasse
