Self-contained campers only Please arrive before 7pm. Bookings made by 12 noon. Do not arrive at the property without a booking A quiet and spacious semi-rural property surrounded by shady native peppermint trees, just 7kms from the city of Busselton and 4kms to Geographe Bay. The property offers easy access to bikeways to Dunsborough or Port Geographe, and close proximity to the famous Margaret River wineries. You can do a fabulous day trip from Cape Lewin to Cape Naturaliste. Enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or relaxing on the white sandy beaches. The iconic Busselton Jetty is only minutes away. The open campsite area is clear, flat, and secluded, offering a safe and private base camp from which to explore this fantastic region. Please note we have a friendly, old dog who may greet you on arrival Adults only, please. We do not accept pets or children here, as we want to ensure the space is a peaceful retreat for travelers during their time here.Campers can enjoy the large open space, with beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of room to find a private nook to yourself, and all areas are level, with a good amount of turning space. All campers need to be self-contained, with their own camp toilet and we kindly ask they take all waste when they go. It is a safe, quiet campsite, very close and easily accessible to all the incredible wonders of the South West. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow pets or children. This is an adult-only campground.

Campers can enjoy the large open space, with beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of room to find a private nook to yourself, and all areas are level, with a good amount of turning space. All campers need to be self-contained, with their own camp toilet and we kindly ask they take all waste when they go. It is a safe, quiet campsite, very close and easily accessible to all the incredible wonders of the South West. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow pets or children. This is an adult-only campground.

A great location with privacy and a balanced mix of grassed areas and native trees supporting alot of bird life. The best feature however was our hosts who I would give a 6 star rating for making us so welcome. We look forward to returning.

Loved our time at Brenda and Johns land, they were very welcoming and gave us great insight with where to go and things to do. Very spacious spot to set up and very easy to get into the city centre

We had such a great over-night stay at John’s place. Very conveniently situated in Vasse, 6 min from Busselton jetty. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the conversations with John. We’ll be back!

Brenda & John are lovely hosts Brenda popped to see us after we had setup & let us know some local spots & beaches to visit & a little bit about her family, which was a lovely personal touch. Very quiet, private & with only 4 large sites available, there was plenty of with alot of room to spread out. Close to town with everything you would need. Highly recommend this Hipcamp.

Nice little place. Close to busselton town which was good. Was alot of noise at night time, sounded like a party but unsure if it was on the property or a neighbour. Otherwise was a lovely spot.

We loved our quiet relaxing 3 night stay at this property and highly recommend this spot. John was very welcoming and gave us suggestions of things to do in the area. Ace the dog came to visit us once and was so friendly. Handy location to the centre of Busselton, not too far but far enough. We will definitely stay there again. 10/10 Not a powered site but everything we needed for a fabulous stay in our caravan, super relaxing and perfect for us. Thank you John and Brenda for sharing your property with others.

We stayed for 9 nights on Brenda & John's property. It was safe and quiet with plenty of room for us to find a spot away from others. We could choose a shady spot under one of the many trees or, as we needed, a spot in full sun for our solar panels. We also liked that it was close to Busselton, even though we were off grid. Brenda and John were fantastic hosts, making us feel very welcome and relaxed the whole time we were there. Highly recommend for an off grid south west holiday.

Quiet and peaceful . we went out all day everyday having a great time at beaches and winery’s . stayed for 6 nights in campervan and had the best nights sleep for 2024..

Compare to other campsite this one has been quote expensive for one night and no facilities at all. Maybe it's the area that is expensive ? But host was bice we came to say hi

The perfect spot! Close to everything in Busselton, but also far enough away that you dont feel included in the crazyness. John was so lovely, as was the beautiful dog ‘Ace’ Parking up near the trees, we layed for hours in our hammock watching all the birds play. Highly recommend 🫶🏼

Gosh - John, Brenda and Ace 🐾 couldn’t have been more welcoming! They have a lovely spot close to town yet you feel like you’re a million miles away. Lovely shady trees. Feels very safe. John gave us some great sightseeing and shopping tips. Would highly recommend as a quiet, relaxing option to the hustle and bustle of Christmas time in Busselton. Our kind of camp. Thanks for having us guys.
