Nutkin Lodge is a stunning property, spread over 200 acres, just a stones throw from Peaceful Bay. The property is home to a multitude of friendly kangaroos and ducks, and features expansive water bodies that harbor marron and koonacs. If you're looking to take a dip or cast a line, Peaceful Bay is just a few minutes away. For adventure seekers, we are conveniently located near the tree-top walk, and the Bibbilum track passes along the property boundary. There are also several spots on the property from where you can see ocean views of Peaceful Bay. And for those eager to explore untouched natural landscapes, our property boasts 50 acres of pristine virgin bush perfect for bushwalking. A modern shower and toilet is located at possum b chalet A modern shower and toilet is situated in possum b chalet There are three powered sites and two unpowered sites available, with good access for larger vans. We have a single modern shower and toilet but we prefer most campers to be self-contained with their own camp toilet and shower. There is a public dump point at Peaceful Bay Carpark. We do however offer potable water, and garbage bins. And we can also accept well-behaved pets. We have dog minding facilities should you want to explore the national Parks without your pets We also offer self-contained chalets on-site for those not wanting to camp - please enquire.

Great place to stay to explore the Walpole to Denmark area. Huge open & level grassed area with small dams. Powered & unpowered sites. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Neville made us so welcome after such a long journey. Our very friendly cocker spaniel “Sammy” was very welcome. The site was amazing with toilet and shower available. My hubby had the best shower so far on how trip. Thank you Neville for making our stay safe and private. We also enjoyed meeting other fellow travellers. Again, this hip camp is so very highly recommended. PS: Walk with the giants and Peaceful Bay so close by.

Large open area available, if not needing power then you can setup and be fairly private. No shade and would cop a belting from wind and weather at certain times of the year. I would stay again.

My family and I really loved our stay at Nutkin Lodge hosts were super friendly the place is very quiet and tranquil we sore along of wildlife in and around the lodge and recommend taking the drive to the local beach at peaceful bay

Wonderful place to vancamp! We had a powered site and appreciated the super clean bathroom/shower. Really beautiful setting and kind host. Loved seeing the spoonbill birds in the pasture and hearing the frogs in the ponds. We visited the Valley of the Giants Treewalk and Peaceful Bay Beach on our way out. Thanks!

Just some notice of the wet conditions,so that reduced the camping area available.Probably wouldn’t have booked for so long if we had known this. It was very open and windy unfortunately.

The site was peaceful, a bit windy and rainy when we were there, but still lovely. The unpowered sites are partially on a slight slope, so levelling is required. Bonus of a toilet / shower on site for those that needed it.

Beautifully remote - you feel deep in the forest and luscious countryside yet only a 5 minute drive to the beach where we were blessed with a show from a pod of at least 20 dolphins. Both beach and camp are pooch friendly. The sheep watched us watching them and the host Neville was more than flexible in allowing us to take a powered spot after we had booked unpowered. We would stay longer but had other commitments. There is a shower and toilet unit available to us as well.

Beautiful campsite, it had very clean amenities and even had a flock of sheep milling around. Neville the owner was very friendly and kind to us, we will definitely be coming back and will be recommending it to everyone

We had a great time camping here over the Easter holidays. Heaps of open areas to choose to setup camp or your caravan. We booked the non-powered site and had a fantastic view of Peaceful Bay in the back ground. It's located in a great quiet location between Denmark and Walpole, driving distance to many great places of interest. I'd recommend bringing ground sheets if setting up a camp site as animals such as ducks, kangaroos and sheep visit the area. Nice playground for the kids and very safe.

Our stay at nutkin lodge was great our powered sites were great Neville our host was very friendly and helpful it was a nice farm setting and seeing the sheep dogs get the sheep in and out was great very well trained would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

Great location and plenty of open space. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower/toilet amenities (no toilet paper, handwash not refilled, bin for sanitary waste not emptied and shower constantly flooded - a slip and health hazard). This was during a period of low number of campers. If more campers, more than just one shower and one toilet.

Very good hipcamp. Easy going flexible host. Reasonably busy over the holidays but still plenty of room between camps. Great beach fishing nearby.. Dog boxes to store your dog while you explore National Parks.
