Located at Bouvard, just 27 kilometers south of Mandurah, this tranquil and family-friendly park features grassy, shaded caravan and camping sites. During the summer months, it becomes a haven for boating enthusiasts—pack your cooler, launch your boat, and embark on a quest for the big catch, whether it be fish or crabs. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind under the shady trees. The park offers a range of adventures suitable for the entire family, including four-wheel driving along the nearby Tim’s Thicket, Preston, and White Hills beaches, as well as swimming and surfing at Falcon Bay, just a short distance away. For those seeking a more leisurely experience, consider a boat cruise through the Mandurah canals or pack a picnic to marvel at the natural wonders of the Lake Clifton thrombolites. For a cozy winter retreat, gather around a campfire, toast marshmallows, and fully immerse yourself in the stunning natural surroundings. Dogs are welcome on leads in our powered and unpowered sites. The park is serviced by bore water, and filtered rainwater is available for drinking and cooking. No generators are allowed at any time. No plugging in of EV equipment like scooters, cars. No boats or trailers to be parked on-site.

Great little find!
Unpowered Sites
Peaceful. Busy but still secluded. We stayed in powered site 9 overlooking the estuary. The staff were AMAZING prior to arrival especially the manager Shannon (I hope that’s her name) and Tiff.

I had an awesome time at this caravan park — easily one of the better ones I’ve stayed at. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The sites were spacious, the amenities spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. You can tell they really care about keeping everything in great condition. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable getaway.

Absolutely wonder spot right on the estuary, not far from Mandurah itself. Rabbits running around at night as well as possums. Kids loved the wildlife. I was expecting alot of mosquitoes but I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't too bad at all. Still recommend bringinsome good repellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host's are great too. We stayed an extra night.
