Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Peaceful 10-acre bush stay in Chapman Valley, just off the North West Coastal Highway—easy to access, yet quiet and private. Expect wide open space, scattered gum trees, a freshwater dam and distant ocean views. In winter, the block turns green and lush; through the warmer months, it settles into its natural coastal landscape—dry, open, and rugged in a good way. You’ll likely see goats grazing, chooks and ducks wandering, and the occasional horse nearby. There is an Airbnb and our private home on the property, but plenty of space to spread out. Please park away from the Airbnb area—you’ll find multiple private, grassy spots across the block to set up and enjoy the peace. Perfect base for exploring the area: • 10 minutes to Coronation Beach—one of the Midwest’s best kitesurfing spots, also great for fishing and sunsets • Walking distance to Fineally Bird Park • 15 minutes to Nabawa Valley Tavern • Close to Nukara Farm, Burnt Barrel, and Chapman Valley Fishing Park Important: This is a basic, off-grid stay. No toilet, no fresh water, no hookups—guests must be fully self-contained. NO yabbying- I know someone put that in their review, but they never asked and we only found out through the review they had thrown nets in - we only just bought the yabbies and thrown them in for them to reproduce Ideal for campers who want space, quiet, and a no-fuss base near the coast.Choose wherever it suits you best. Just not right in front of the Airbnb. Please watch a creek running through the block towards the dam.

Unfortunately very windy, but having a fire made up for it. But the real bonus was putting in my yabby nets and pull ing out some nice bait for river fishing later. No hassle. Cheers

A little Hipcamp gem.

Felicia’s place is a little gem in the hipcamp world. The paddocks or land you can camp is cleared with short grasses, sturdy ground and a great view of the hills to the east. The property has an east west aspect so the morning sun warms you in the morning and you can be shaded in the evening in the heat from the sunset in the west. Which sunsets are gorgeous! Our hosts were hospitable, welcoming and were there to make our stay as best as can be. Which isn’t hard when you see the location. Not far from Geraldton for supplies and beaches. But honestly it was just great to sit back and relax at the hipcamp and watch the chickens do their thing.
