Welcome to Churchview Estate! Our estate is set on 100 hectres of land, with 60 hectres growing 16 different grape varieties. We have 3 camp sites along our dam and 1 set in bushland (SEE CAMPING GUIDELINES BELOW). As we are a fully functional vineyard we CAN NOT accept children for safety reasons. We are situated directly between Margaret River and Busselton townsites, which makes it the perfect location to explore all that our beautiful region has to offer. We encourage campers to join us in our cellar door for a complimentary wine tasting between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. CAMPING GUIDELINES: - We only accept self-contained caravans/motorhomes/vans. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK unless you have your own toilet. No exceptions, you will be turned away. - We DO NOT accept ground tents or swags. Do not book unless you are in a self-contained vehicle i.e. caravan, motorhome, camper-trailer. - Please arrive with enough drinking water for your stay (please note we do not fill caravan/van tanks). - There is a strict NO driving around the property or walking amongst the vines. - No pets allowed. - No boats in dam. - Camp fires permitted, in our designated fire pits, when shire regulations permit. NO firewood is to be brought onto our property. $20/bag payable at cellar door. Check-in at CELLAR DOOR between 2pm - 5pm. If you are running late, please call the cellar door before 5pm to let us know and arrangements can be made. We look forward to welcoming you, Churchview Estate team.

We had such a lovely stay at Churchview Estate and would happily come back in a heartbeat. Teresa was a fantastic host — super friendly, great communication from the start, easy booking process, and really accommodating. She made everything feel relaxed and welcoming. The complimentary wine tasting was such a treat, and honestly, their wines were some of the best we tasted during our time in Margaret River. Definitely worth making time for! The campsites themselves are spacious with a beautiful outlook over the dam. The grass was lush, green and soft — which felt like such a luxury after so long on the road. It was probably the first time in a year (or more!) we’d had grass under our toes and it honestly felt amazing. You can even swim in the dam if you’re keen. Location-wise it’s spot on — nice and central, so it’s easy to explore both the southern and northern parts of Margaret River, and only about 10–15 minutes to the beach. There is a little bit of road noise, but we found we got used to it pretty quickly and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. All up, a relaxed, scenic, welcoming spot with great wine and plenty of space to breathe. Highly recommend if you’re exploring the region.

Overall a good place to visit, Teresa was very helpful, and we enjoyed the wine tasting. The site was large and not near anyone else and was a nice green grassy area beside the dam. The remote control yacht club had a regatta on the dam on Saturday which was cool to watch. However we were visible from the main highway and unfortunately there was a lot of traffic noise.

This was an idyllic setting near the dam but on ground that was quite sloped, so we had to chock up the caravan wheels quite a bit. The other two sites may be more level and suitable for caravans.

Very spacious spot parked up on the bank of the dam, beautiful green soft grass in the middle of summer. Very enjoyable scenic area. Warm and welcoming host. Thank you for providing us with an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful location nestled alongside the dam and between shady tree corridors. Loved the bird life including a sea eagle which perched in a nearby tree on two separate days. Nearby to Margaret River, Yallingup and great beaches.

A great location to explore the area & a beautiful camping spot with decking to sit out & look over the dam. A little bit of road noise but it didn’t bother us in such a peaceful spot. So many dragonflies that there were no midges which was a bonus! A warm welcome & a very enjoyable wine tasting which is a lovely thing to offer to guests. We’d definitely stay again.

Wow what an absolute little slice of paradise. We spent 2 nights on Site 1 alongside the willow trees, overlooking the dam. The scenery was amazing. It felt so relaxing being in a working farm, watching the animals meander around. Loved seeing the farm Cortina drive by & the odd farm vehicle tending to the grape vines. Can’t wait to return - but will be booking in for longer next time. Perfectly located to visit surrounding tourist spots.

Perfect place for a peaceful get away. Close to plenty of vineyards and breweries. Theresa was extremely helpful and the wine at church view was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Loved our private camp spot at Bush frame overlooking the lake and vines . But tight reversing a 21ft caravan in but well worth it . A bit of noise from the highway but otherwise just picture perfect

Secluded location attached to the vineyard. Right near the water, platform to setup chairs and table. Was magical seeing the supermoon when we stayed. Quiet when the road traffic dies down.

We had a wonderful stay at Bush Frame. It’s a beautiful camping spot overlooking vineyards, with a very private and peaceful feel. The setting is stunning and made it a really special place to stay. You can hear some road noise in the background, but we didn’t find it disturbing at all and it didn’t take away from the experience. We would definitely recommend Bush Frame if you’re looking for a scenic, private camping spot in a beautiful location.

Lovely grassy, shady site overlooking the dam. Short drive to Margaret River, Busselton, Yallingup and Dunsborough. Camp is relatively close to the highway so expect some distant road noise. Friendly host with wine tasting available and Beerfarm near by.

We stayed at bush frame. It was so peaceful and secluded with an amazing outlook over the dam and vines. We stopped in to the cellar door had a wine tasting and bought a beautiful bottle of Chardonnay to enjoy. We will be back and would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot. Loved looking over the dam and watching the cows, so nice and relaxing. Owners were lovely. I highly recommend doing a wine tasting as the wine is delicious, we went back to purchase more. A little road noise but that didn’t really bother us. Worth it for the outlook.

We had a great weekend at this Hipcamp, amazing grassed site over the dam was just gorgeous! The grass so soft and lush didn’t even need our floor mat. There is sadly quite a bit of road noise but not enough to ruin your stay.

Lovely camp within Churchview Estate winery - only 3 sites on the dam and 1 bush camp so plenty of room with vineyards behind you and the dam at the front. Close to highway so you do get some road noise but bearable. Beautiful sunsets and close to Beerfarm brewery. Great spot to base and explore this lovely region.
