Adelaide Hills Rutland Park RV is your gateway to the Barossa and Adelaide Hills. Set amongst tree studded rolling hills and conveniently located 10 mins from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley wine region, 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD and 10 minutes from major shopping centres and bus and train facilities. Offering 5 unpowered and 2 powered flat level generous sized secure gated sites for self contained caravans and RV's you can feel safe and secure leaving your rig whilst you explore the many attractions, fine food and wineries the Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills has to offer. Only 5 minutes from local townships of One Tree Hill and Kersbrook which offer General Stores, pharmacy, fuel and hotels and 10 minutes from major shopping centres. With Para wirra National Park and Humbug Scrub sanctuary 5 minutes down the road Adelaide Hills Rutland Park RV offers an excellent location to visit the local wildlife. Excellent walking trails and bike riding just up the road in the Kersbrook forest area Adelaide Hills Rutland Park RV also offers onsite Belles Sip and Bite coffee trailer Monday to Friday mornings (except public holidays) providing freshly brewed coffee, hot choc, teas, toasted sandwiches, cakes and farm fresh eggs Local Farmer Markets nearby open Saturday mornings Due to 3 dams on the property we are unable to cater for children. Uber services our area. We are pet friendly, however dogs must be on a leash at all times, dangerous breeds are not permitted due to onsite livestock and native animals. Dedicated fire pit area and firewood can be purchased on site. Fires only permitted during the no fire ban season. The property is gated with access via a coded keypad and the code will be provided once booking is confirmed. Toilets are not provided so all vehicles must be self contained, however sullage points on each site are available. Dump point is available. Generators are permitted until 10 pm. No responsibility will be taken for any injury, accident, damage, theft to campers, their property or pets whilst staying at Adelaide Hills Rutland Park RV. Very convenient location if visiting the northern side of Adelaide. Golden Grove, Salisbury and Elizabeth are less than 15 minutes away. Helen and her husband were very accommodating, they have their own dump point and there is a fire pit you can use outside of fire ban season. Starlink had good visibility to the sky and our small dogs had room to run. Would definitely stay again.

A fabulous stay so close to the city. Great site set up, with picturesque outlooks. Friendly owners who came to say hello and made sure we had everything. If all sites are utilised then you would be quite close to others but overall a great clean and tidy set up.

We stayed at campsite 1 , all sites are very pretty. Very well maintained & sheltered by a nice avenue of gums. The property has a pond full of frogs & ducks. Plenty of wildlife to make you feel like you are out in the country. Not 30 minutes from the CBD. Host Helen & her husband are lovely hosts.

Lovely host and lovely spot to relax or set yourself up for all the wonders of Adelaide Hills. It's in an extremely central and safe location for all Adelaide Hills has to offer. The scenery is just beautiful and serene. We were lucky enough to see a koala in the trees behind our van which was just so special. Helen was even kind enough to help us with emptying our loo too. Thank you for you hospitality.

Helen & Linday's RV park is on their working, rural property, with a half dozen adjacent sites in a purpose laid out area. The location is convenient for access to Gawler for Bunnings, Woolworths etc, as well as to Adelaide for car/ van servicing etc. Can imagine day trips to the Barossa, Adelaide Hill wineries. Helen & Lindsay were most hospitable, offering firewood, coffee at Helens roadside kiosk and helping dispose of some decluttering from our van. Can recommend.

Fantastic stay over the Easter weekend at Rutland Park! We couldn’t have felt more welcome, Helen & Lindsay made everything so easy and helped when required. Will definitely return again when in the Adelaide region!

We had a beautiful outlook of a big grand old gum tree . The grassed site ( dry at the moment due to the drought) though not too dusty was quite spacious for us . Hosts were very helpful . Coffee van at entrance to property selling drinks and toasties on weekdays makes great coffee ! The gate with passcode was good knowing our van was secure when we were away . We would love to stay here again.

Large level well organised sites. Hosts Helen and Lindsay were very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location if visiting Adelaide. Pet friendly and secure. Had no concerns leaving caravan to go sightseeing. Recommended.

Excellent spot to stay. Helen and Lindsay were really friendly and welcoming. Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again. Very secure and also central to everything. Bit of road noise but not distracting from the feel of nature at the sites. A very nice place to stay.

Hellen and Lindsay were great hosts, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as it could be. Located approx 35km from Adelaide CBD, it was perfect for visiting Adelaide and the Barossa region for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Just had one night there to catch up with some friends in the area. Level area, easy access and secure as PIN number needed to access property. Only ones there but it would be close to others if fully booked.

I loved this cozy campsite, we saw a wild koala that hangs around the area !! And had sheep over the fence grazing. Beautiful area and lovely hosts.

We had the property to ourselves which was great. There is a road that runs alongside the property but we didn't notice any traffic noise through the night. Helen made us feel very welcome with complimentary free range eggs x 6. Jen

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here and found it very peaceful, especially waking to the sound of kookaburras each morning. We are local so we were there to relax rather than to sight see however, if you are looking for things to see and do, there is lots around the area and you don't need to worry about leaving your van as there is a pin coded electric gate to keep everything safe. The owners were both really nice and brought over some farm fresh eggs which were delicious! We are looking forward to going there again soon.

Perfect Hills Retreat

Lovely spot to camp for the night or weekend, not too far from the city and right on the doorstep of the barossa valley, woke up to the kookaburras in the morning. We were very lucky and the first to stay at this newly established campsite! Lindsay & Helen were very accommodating and welcoming hosts, greeting us and aiding us in having a campfire close to our campsite. Would absolutely stay again.
