Sarabah Stud

We will be back. Very quiet and relaxed. The swimming waterhole was spot on and was slowly running even after the big dry. We listed about 50 types of birds and got pics of about 40 of them. Some great ones of Bronze Cuckoo-doves, Brush Cuckoos, Brown Quails and heaps of wrens. Every night we saw cute Bandicoots scuttling about. Robert was a great host and Nathan was great to chat with about the wildlife.

Such a perfect little space of land that was easy to access and comfortable to be on. Loved how welcoming all the team is and how well the spaces are maintained. Each site having a toilet was brilliant! Will be returning for sure!

Me and my family camped at pumpkin patch site this weekend gone and had a great time, the site was big ( we had 3 caravans ) and flat and well maintained. The toilet was clean. The owner robert was a lovely man. The camp sites clearly marked. We all spent a lovely day at the sarabah winery next door the food and wine there is amazing. Over all this camp ground id recommended to all large families and we will be back.

Beautiful nature

Camping at Platypus Hole was perfectly secluded, I loved were the fire pit was set up. Having a toilet close by was a bit fancy! The swimming hole was beautiful and managed to spot a platypus in the creek out the front of our spot. There were so many turtles and so many birds!! Wonderful time out in nature. Easy to get there with the directions and lovely to meet the caretaker and get a rundown of the site.

Such a beautiful camp ground with heaps of friendly cows with calfs’, super easy to find with signs directing you at every step. Had our own toilet which was very well kept. Very friendly host who directed us to a viewing point for platypus and turtles down by the river! Nice and private very enjoyable, wanted to stay another night!

Stoney Camp Sarabah Stud

Had an awesome weekdays getaway at Sarabah Stud Camping! The place is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful creek and trees — perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The site was easy to access, clean, and well maintained. Loved the open space and fresh air. Great spot to unwind, especially with the sound of creek. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a chill nature escape.

Awesome spot to camp, especially if you’re after a good swimming hole and plenty of space. Most sites have toilets nearby and a designated fire pit too. It’s also the closest campground before heading up to O’Reilly’s, so it’s well worth staying at!

Stoney Camp Sarabah Stud

We had a ball at Sarabah stud camping. The wildlife was amazing and was capped off with the local platypus population putting on a show. Will definitely be back.

Well set out camping ground. Very clean toilet on site. We stayed at Mulberry Tree site. Not alot of shade at this site, so pack a good tarp. Nice flat ground. Very quiet spot, as its at the end of the camp grounds. A short 5 minute walk to the refreshing water hole, with plenty of birds & Turtles to feed. We had lunch at the local Sarabah Winery under the Olive trees...very pretty. Robert & his caretaker Nathan are super friendly & helpful with knowledge on the abundant bird life. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic relaxing, well-maintained campsite with very helpful hosts. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The proximity of the neighbouring winery was the cherry on top of a very enjoyable long weekend camping.

We had a beautiful stay at pumpkin patch, very peaceful and beautiful days. The water was cold but a nice place to cool off. We saw some turtles and eels and it was such a good getaway, Will definitely be back.

Only spent one night on the mulberry tree site but will definitely be back! So peaceful and quiet, so many birds and wildlife. We had a family of ducks visit us and kangaroos grazing early morning. Lovely and clean.

Sarabah Stud is such a great place for camping. Cunungra creek is a great spot for a cool dip and to explore little waterfalls and rapids. Bring some aqua shoes if you can as the rocks can be hard on the feet. All of the camp sites have pretty decent access to the creek so take your pick. The Mulberry tree is an awesome spot for a bit of seclusion as it is the furthest site around the track in. My kids loved seeing the morning and evening kangaroo parade through the property as well.

We had a great time staying at Sarabah Stud, camped at Mulberry Tree. Had plenty of space, away from other campsites. Robert was very nice and welcoming and we met his dog Tiger, such a beautiful big boy. Location was perfect and kids had the best time! Would highly recommend. Thank you for letting us stay.

Gorgeous camp-site. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We found the place quite easily on the map, you just need to open the gate and drive through. Portaloos on site as well as access to a beautiful creek where you can see platypus if you're lucky. We went in September and had a beautiful fire beneath the stars.

Mulberry tree site was great spot for a family camping trip. Plenty of room for our van, tent, swags and large tarp joint area. Kids had a ball playing down by creek, a quick dip and wearing themselves out with games and running around. Robert checked in on us- would recommend for a great family getaway.

Stoney Camp Sarabah Stud

Stoney Camp is an absolute pick! Secluded, right by the creek, the beautiful soothing sound of the water flowing over the smooth rounded stones. The water so clear, clean and refreshing, take a dip and feel revitalized. Highly recommend Sarabah Stud Camping and Stoney Camp. We'll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sarabah Stud! We spent 3 days and 2 nights here, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The property is stunning wide open spaces, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful natural scenery all around. It was the perfect place to unwind and escape from the busy city life. The campsite was well maintained, easy to access, and felt private yet welcoming. The host/caretaker were friendly and accomodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved waking up to the fresh country air, relaxing by the campfire at night, and just enjoying the quiet beauty of the place. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a mix of tranquility and adventure. We would definitely recommend Sarabah Stud to anyone looking for a memorable camping experience, and we’ll surely be back again!

Stayed at the Pumpkin Patch site. Nice spacious spot. Portaloo is handy. Picnic table and firepit too. Good spot for star gazing as you have a nice open area. Easy walk to either the Platypus Hole or the Swimming Hole as it’s in between the two Didn’t spot the platypus but we did see plenty of turtles, fish and eels though. Faint sound of the running creek from this site. No traffic noise. Barely a cow noise. Only noise is only from other campers that are approx. 20 odd mtrs away either side. But it didn’t feel like we had no privacy. Met Rob the owner as he drove around to say hi to campers. Great bloke. Would definitely come back and try another site. In my opinion the Stoney Camp site is one we’d try next.
