Where Wellness Meets the Road 🌿✨ Welcome to Emjay Sanctuary, a grounded 2-acre haven in Tinana designed for the weary traveller to unhitch, unwind, and regulate. This isn't just a place to park; it’s a secure, fully fenced retreat focused on peace, privacy, and nervous system regulation. The Space Relax by our lily-filled dam and watch the resident ducks and turtles. We limit bookings to 5 vehicles to ensure a serene atmosphere. Whether you're exploring the Fraser Coast or need a dedicated rest stop to recharge your "internal batteries," you’ll find a calm energy here. Sunset Wellness & Creative Sessions: The host is a qualified Integrated Wellness Practitioner offering professional treatments designed to melt away road stress and support deep relaxation. Available by appointment: • Healing: Somatic therapy, sound baths, guided meditations, and intuitive energy healing. • Spa: Relaxation massages, facials, and skin/body treatments. • Creative: On-demand "Paint & Sip" or bespoke creative workshops. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: As I work between several locations, services are generally held as "Sunset Sessions" and depend on my professional schedule. If you are booking specifically for a treatment or workshop, please message me to confirm my availability BEFORE finalising your booking. Facilities We cater strictly to fully self-contained caravans, tents, motorhomes, and campervans. You must have your own on-board toilet/shower. • Communal Kitchen: Equipped with a microwave, convection oven, induction cooktop, and a pod coffee machine. • Utilities: On-site septic dump point, rubbish bins, and tank water for topping up. • Security: Fully fenced with ample room for large rigs. Chill zones and a dining area are also available. The Location • Maryborough: 8 mins for heritage charm and supplies. • Hervey Bay: 35 mins to the coast and K'gari departures. Sanctuary Rules To protect our wildlife and maintain the calm: • No Guest Pets: To keep our ducks and turtles safe. • Quiet Sanctuary: No loud music or parties. Be mindful and respectful to those around you. • Self-Contained Only: No toilet/shower facilities (at the moment) Groups are welcome. Tank water is available if you need to top up, and a dump point is located on site. There are no bathroom amenities for guests at this stage, however a camp kitchen with basic facilities, lounge, and dining space are available to use. The land is spacious and uncrowded, with plenty of room between vehicles. There are no designated bays or marked sites, just open country space and the freedom to park where it feels right on the day. This is a gentle, simple place to pause, breathe, and rest, without the noise or density of a commercial campground. This is an adult-only space. No children and no animals are permitted, as the property includes a dam and is a natural rural environment. The property owner lives on site, along with a friendly cavoodle and operates a medispa and wellness business onsite. Guests stay at their own responsibility and are asked to take care around uneven ground, wildlife, and water. This is a private, self-directed stay, and guests are asked to be respectful and considerate of others and the property. Fully self-contained vehicles only. Maximum of five vans on the property at any one time to maintain space, quiet, and a sense of sanctuary.

Tank water is available if you need to top up, and a dump point is located on site. There are no bathroom amenities for guests at this stage, however a camp kitchen with basic facilities, lounge, and dining space are available to use.
